Extremely well appointed and modern. Spacious room and great location - proximity to the waterfront promenade yet quiet. The staff was very attentive. Excellent breakfast. Did not use the spa as time did not permit. Will be back.

Beautiful hotel with a very convenient location . The reception desk hosts were all very nice and helpful. The bar was a nice plus. Can’t say enough about the Spa.

Beautiful, quiet hotel! Best location in the city. Shops, restaurants so close we walked everywhere. Wonderful breakfast included with great varieties.

Synes de bør opplyse om at frokost er på halv kapasitet. Forventer bedre frokost når man bor på et av Oslos dyreste hotel. Det var skuffende

El Personal poco amable, la habitación no tiene en donde acomodar la ropa, tampoco el baño. Quiero así mismo destacar a dos empleados que fueron lo mejor de nuestra estancia: -Julianne de recepción, quien nos ayudó a reclamar un pedido de Amazon que fue muy complejo en su entrega. Ella nos colaboró y mantuvo comunicación con nosotros de forma adecuada. -Slavena en el restaurante, muy amable y cordial en su atención. El hotel exige reserva de hora exacta para desayuno y en la recepción un día de nuestra estancia nos dijeron que no había reserva y que debíamos sentarnos en el bar a un desayuno frío, pese a haber hecho reserva con desayuno incluido. Fuimos al restaurante a la hora solicitada, se encontraba medio vacío y Slavena nos atendió sin problema alguno.

Service var ej särskilt snabb när vi bad om glas till rummet. Stöd hade glömt ställa in vinglas. Frukost var ej bra och alldeles för hög musik kl 07.00 på morgonen i frukost rummet.

Svært hyggelig service og imøtekommet, både i Spa og på hotell. Litt mindre fornøyd med fremkommelighet i Spa og i frokost restaurant for personer med bevegelsesutfordringer.

After returning late from dinner the suite heater was not working properly and bright chandelier light above bed had no switch to turn it off. After sending engineer to room and after half hour he could not turn off, then we had to sleep in another because to late to repack everything. Next day they committed to fix heater and light. They had 2 people go into ceiling to disconnect light and they left ceiling and insulation particles all over bed which we found ob return along with the suite not serviced. I had to call housekeeping to clean room and mess left by engineers interfering with only rest time before dinner. The hallways have foul odor from some sort of wood finishing on the wall. It smelled toxic. They left hotel vouchers equivalent of $40 USA for all the issues. They did not fix heat in room, but very loud portable heating in the living room . I explained this did not solve heat issue bedroom, then they suggest wr sleep in another room 5 floors away. They did comp dinner after I laughed at $40 voucher, but i after i suggested it. So pathetic that they did not pick up 1 bottle of wine we had at dinner, but it was typical of their lack of customer service and awareness

Veldig fint hotell med store fine rom med en veldig god seng. SPA var bra med varmt basseng og badstu med mere. Flott beligghet på tjuvholmen vi koste oss her

Veldig bra opphold. Mye støv der hvor aĺle ledningskapet er. Kanskje brannfarlig
