Hotel Mio Panama

Excellent service, clean, comfortable room. Very central location with free parking in onsite garage. Restaurant items were a bit pricy. Breakfast however was free.

A parede do quarto estava cheia de bolhas (umidade); A cabeceira da cama estava visivelmente suja e quando cheguei, tinha papel higiênico dentro do vaso sanitário. Nao é possível controlar a temperatura do ar condicionado. O cafe da manhã é estilo a la carte e as atentendes são mal humoradas. A localização é muito boa. A cama era confortável e o quarto espaçoso.

Great location. Great staff. Room updated and clean. Parking in hotel is an issue. Small elevator for suv. Awkward and intimidating.

L’hôtel n’est pas conforme aux photos et aux commentaires. Chambre pas propre. Taxi commandé sur demande avec précision qu’il devait prendre la CB, ce n’était pas le cas ! Restaurant affreux à côté . À éviter

Good hotel, friendly staff. The gym can be improved (little to no equipment).

Beds & space of rooms is good; pool is nice but I didnt use. Staff are responsive to guests questions/need. Stayed during a soccer team meat when hotel was packed. They handled the large #s of hearty athletes chowing down swiftly; with grace.

Exclente servicio, solo que las dos noches que estuve ahi las habitaciones que me dieron no tenian vista al exterior. yo me hospede dos fechas distintas

It was convenient to shopping areas, AC was good, I didn't like that i could get a cup of tea when i felt sick like after 8 pm, I was told the the bar closed off at 3 pm, company policy, but saw someone been served at the bar few nights later, makes me wonder if different people are treated differently, hmm 🤔 Breakfast also very limited. Hotels ok otherwise at least I know what to expect if i do plan on staying there again.

El hotel está bien para pasar la noche. El desayuno es muy básico. No hay restaurante en caso de que desees almorzar o cenar en el hotel.

Desde el primer momento el personal fue muy atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, aclarado que existen sus excepciones. Las habitaciones estaban impecables, modernas y cómodas, con todo lo necesario para descansar después de un día recorriendo la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente: cerca de los principales puntos de interés, pero lo suficientemente tranquila para relajarse. El desayuno fue variado y delicioso, con productos frescos y apetitosos. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré en mis próximos viajes a Panamá. ¡Lo recomiendo 98%!” **INCIDENTE El único comentario negativo que realizaré es del trato del personal de gastronomía “ en el desayuno pedí un café expreso y el camarero con una muy mala actitud me recalco que tenía que pagar el café, cosa que no es problema pero es la forma que se dirigió hacia mí, el café nunca llegó y le tuve que perseguir casi hasta la cocina para decirle que cancelar la orden; cosa que provocó una mala experiencia en uno de mis día en este bello hotel, igual no pedí más café” ***RECOMENDACIÓN A LA GERENCIA: Espero que trabajen más con sus empleados en la atención al cliente, yo sé que lo pueden hacer mejor.

I had a little issue the first day that was quickly resolved. The second day at breakfast I came across two impolite staff at breakfast. The only two. Every one else was great. They give exceptional customer service and are friendly. I loved that most of the staff are bilingual. The restaurant is lovely. Very nice location overall. I travel a lot and I would definitely recommend. If I revisit Panama I’ll probably stay there again. The only issue I had, was sometimes it seemed like an odour was seeping from somewhere else into the bathroom. All in all it was a great stay, and the operator is always ready to assist. Excellent 24 hour customer service.

groups of people came in around 2am and woke me and I assume everybody on a couple of floors.

The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was great. The rooftop pool and views were amazing. The restaurant at the hotel needs to be open! The staff was amazing, kind and helpful!

The staff at Hotel Mio were very helpful. The room was meh. You could not see out of the window and the furniture was basic and worn. It is located close to many amenities.
