Nice hotel in the heart of Arequipa. We weren’t there long enough to use all the facilities. Friendly, helpful staff, nice atmosphere, good breakfast with plenty of selection.

Las instalaciones muy lindas, el personal todos muy atentos. Hay 2 jacuzzis en la terraza.

The staff were super friendly the moment I walked in, and continued to check on me every time they saw me. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The location can't be beat! I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved everything about this location! We loved the staff and how comfortable the rooms were. Overall would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Inside the building was clean and ok, good selection of breakfast. Staff was very responsive to concerns.

Staff was very helpful and took care of me very well. Hotel was clean and quiet. Bed pretty comfortable and I slept well.

A lovely hotel. Only concerns were around the service. We had no response to requests sent via this app for an early check in, on arrival we requested an early check in and were told no rooms were avaliable yet but that we could go to breakfast whilst we wait. Midway through breakfast we were publicly interrupted by another staff member and told it was an extra cost which was uncomfortable (we were not made to feel like guests) as it had been offered to us without mention of cost prior but of course we paid. Additionally, we asked to leave our number and to be called if a room was available early, the receptionist agreed. When I confirmed with another receptionist later, this number hadn't been passed on and I had to leave it again. We accept that an early check in is not always available but I did not like how this was managed. Finally, we reserved the jacuzzi for the following day (our last morning) and it wasn't set up, delaying us over an hour whilst we waited for someone to arrive and then for it to be filled up. I only mention this as for such a short stay it did have a negative impact on our time at what should be a beautiful hotel.

Equipe muito prestativa e educada. Porém, dois inconvenientes tornaram a estadia não tão perfeita. Ofereceram mas não cumpriram o transfer de chegada (como a mobilidade em Arequipa é ruim, gerou pequenos transtornos). O transfer de partida, nos deram um preço, mas o motorista cobrou outro. Isso porque eu havia dito três vezes que o pagamento era em cartão. Deveriam tomar mais cuidado com isso.

Simple but solid property, pleasant and helpful staff, breakfast was great, well located, room was comfortable but lacked much of a view, comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my time overall and would return given the opportunity in the future.

The staff from this hotel were always courteous, kind and willing to help us anytime we need anything from them.
