Nodo Cusco Garcilaso

I booked a Superior Room for two nights intending to spend New Year’s Eve in a comfortable space with a king-size bed. However, upon arrival, I was assigned a Standard Room located on the top floor at the rear of the hotel, with no elevator access. The room featured a small double bed—very different from what I had reserved. When I raised the issue with staff, I was informed that the reservation only showed a Standard Room through Expedia. This contradicted the receipt I presented, which clearly indicated that I had paid for a Superior Room. After some discussion, and once I requested to see their booking statement, the staff changed their stance and redirected me to another hotel a few blocks away. Additionally, I was charged an unexpected local tax of $29.95 for the two nights—an amount not disclosed during my booking through Hotels.com. Due to the stress, misinformation, and additional costs, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

Every thing about this place was amazing. Staff, location, storage, breakfast, rooms etc. wonderful!

The rooms and the whole hotel were extremely clean. The staff were very professional and all were most polite and jelpful. Nalli Alexander, Frank, and Michael were all exemplary check-in/front-desk staff. They were so helpful and kind and extremely respectful.Always happy to answer wuestions and look up information. The character of the hotel is very charming. Wuiet as well. Of special note were the showers. I have never had such a wonderful shower. Great water pressure and loads of hot water. The location is great. Close to the city centre and all sorts of activities ... all within walking distance. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The overall setting of the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying at Nodo Hotel Garcilaso.

Rent værelse, godt og hyggeligt sted

Excelente atención de parte de todo el personal, tiene todo lo necesario para adaptarte a la experiencia de Cusco, habitación cómoda, limpia, acceso a internet y servicio de streaming, te brindan té de coca para el mal de altura, el desayuno es muy bueno. Muy contentos con la estancia lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El ruido fue muy molesto. A las 5 am empieza el personal de cocina con muchísimo ruido y 6 am con el volumen súper fuerte. No pude descansar.

Everyone was so helpful - I would stay here again

I enjoy my stay but the front desk staff was the cherry on top of my stay. Always courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean . The place is very peaceful. The breakfast was ok.

Excelente estadia (cordialidade do pessoal, quarto lindo e charmoso com vista para a cidade de Cusco, limpeza caprichada). Silencioso (apesar de vários comentários que dizem o contrário). Super bem localizado para fazer tudo a pé. Recomendo! Dica: o café da manhã é gratuito para todos os hóspedes, apesar do que está escrito na sua reserva hoteis.com (e muito bom aliás). Eles não avisam sempre mas, SIM, é possível pedir para o hotel preparar um café da manhã para você levar quando tem um passeio que sai de madrugada o dia seguinte!

Es un hotel muy comodo y con muy buena atencion. Lo recomiendo.

This was our favorite hotel during are stay in Cusco! Staff so friendly and helpful, LOCATION is perfect!!! Room was cute clean and cozy! Def would stay here again for the price and location and staff was awesome!

Excelente atención del personal 10/10

This place was great. I wasn't sure because the pictures weren't overly selling the property. Most importantly it was quiet at night, nice shower with really hot water and the people working there are really great. They even went out of their way to help me a few times. The only downfall was the bed was really hard and I woke up sore every morning.
