We were upgraded to a king room, with a small balcony that had a view towards the main plaza. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and the bed was really comfortable. The rooms with double beds that my sons stayed in were quite nice too, and I would have been happy to stay in those rooms. The free breakfast was quite good and the wait staff and cook were very nice. I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The staff was so kind and friendly to us during our entire stay. Breakfast was great, convenient location, and facilities were nice too. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cusco near the center!

The hotel itself was great and the staff were wonderful. Our rooms were at street front and it was extremely noisy every night. Car alarms went off all night, cars blowing horns. Spent three night with very little sleep. Don't recommend staying a hotel if get rooms at the front. No hair dryer so could not wash our hair during our stay. Did not know to bring own hair dryer.

Hotellets konstruktion gør, at det er utroligt støjende. Alle værelser ligger rundt om en central ‘court yard’. Alle lyde brager op igennem til alle etager. 5 mennesker der taler i stueetagen (reception, morgenmadsrestaurant) lyder som en folkeopstand. Selv den mindste lyd bliver larm på denne måde.

El hotel es muy bonito, la ubicación es muy buena a dos calles de la Plaza de Armas, la habitación que nos dieron era realmente enorme y muy agradable, la cama king y la ducha estuvieron muy bien, el personal fue muy amable y servicial, el desayuno estuvo bien, el lugar donde sirven el desayuno es hermoso. En general estuvo todo muy bien. El único problema fue que la habitación que nos dieron (219) no tenía una buena aislación sonora, y especialmente el día sábado fue muy ruidosa por la noche y la madrugada. Pero el hotel es realmente recomendable.

very pretty place, especially the mosaic wall. the staff was very friendly and helpful also. unfortunately the ventilation did not work, the water pressure was shut off at night into the morning (we had to leave early and could not use the toilet or shower), and the hallway lights were out. They also shut the door to the outside and did not mention they would do so, making it hard to find when walking back at night Lastly, they do NOT have airport transportation. waited for the ride I previously confirmed for 20 minutes, eventually got a cab. for the way back to the airport they simply called me another one.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was a little sparse but suited my needs. My rooms (I came back a few times) were a little small but comfortable and clean. I found the staff extremely professional and helpful. That's what made my stay quite relaxed.
