Wynwood House Osma

The apartment was moldy, there was mold all over.

Location, apartment and price are a good value for exploring barranco.

This is the first time I've written a review on Expedia, but felt inclined to warn others who may be considering booking Wynnwood House Osma. The listing says that this property has laundry services/facility, which is one of the reasons why I booked here because after hiking for two weeks in the mountains, I needed fresh, clean clothes. When I chatted with staff on Whatsup about this, they said there's no laundry service nor did they feel comfortable recommending a place. Their words. Okay...not helpful. Then the unit itself had sticky floors because of the humidity. There's no air conditioning or even a fan, so the only way we could cool down was to leave the windows open. However, with windows open all night, we heard several residents talking, partying, playing music at all hours of the day, including at 4am. Apparently, there's no rules on quiet hours. There were also small bugs crawling on the kitchen counters and bathroom walls. When we were checking out, we had a late flight, so I asked the staff if they could hold our bags until we departed for the airport. They responded that due to security reasons they couldn't do this even though there's a 24-hour front desk person. Again, not helpful at all. I'll never book here again.

A nice and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. It was super handy also to have a coin operated laundromat in the complex.

Teníamos tres habitaciones ya pagadas desde agosto. Se canceló una de ellas con la suficiente antelación. Recibimos mensaje de que teníamos derecho a la devolución del importe. No hemos recibido el reembolso de la misma.
