Friendly attentive staff, pool towels brought to us when we sat at pool very accommodating. Hot delicious breakfast buffet. Nothing to complain about at all. Excellent.

Oppholdet her var helt fantastisk. Når du skulle sjekke inn så ble du møtt i resepsjon med ei som serverte forfriskende mango juice. Familien min hadde 7 herlige dager på 1521 Hotel & Spa. Personale var helt fenomenale, hjelpsomme til enhver tid og så ut til det har gått smilekurs eller flyvertinne skolen, like strålende hver dag. Frokosten synes jeg var god og du kunne også få og med omelett å speile legge, servert på deres koselige restaurant. Beliggenheten var også perfekt kun gangavstand inn til byen Mactan Newtown, kun 3 minutter unna hadde du et vaskeri og kort avstand til flere dykkesenter. Som var hovedformålet vårt for å dra til Cebu. OBS: Hvis du er gjest på denne hotellkjeden så har de også et 1521 Resort hotell ved sjøen/havet som har egen strand som ikke er langt unna. Det kan du bruke hvor mye du vil og blir kjørt tilbake gratis siden det er samme kjeden. Veldig bra tilbud synes vi, benyttes oss av dette tilbudet et par ganger. Nå er vi hjemme igjen i Norge, men vil si at jeg allerede Savner den herlige gjengen på 1521 Hotell & Spa. Vill bestille her igjen og dra tilbake hit neste gang jeg skal til Lapu-Lapu i Cebu. Vi var på hotellet Solea Mactan Resort senere, men vi var ikke så fornøyde med det hotellet iht pris og beliggenhet.

Traffic noise during the night. We stayed 2 nights and did not have any housekeeping. Location is close to airport and us stops i fro t of the house if you wanr to visit a few sightseeing spot in Coron, what we liked ery much. Breakfast has been very good and stuff is very friendly. So we recommend this hotel for people who want to visit Coron City or Mactan for 2 or 2 days.

First -- the staff and service are excellent. The restaurant staff are also excellent, as well as the self-serve breakfast buffet (small buffet but very good and included in the price of the room). Not so good - the listing on Expedia shows pictures a beach property which is also owned by the hotel. However, this hotel is nowhere near the beach and is actually on a busy, noisy highway with unattractive surroundings. Also, the neighboring property has really loud karaoke, even late at night and it is difficult to sleep here. The noise woke me up at 1am. The property appeared under a search that was filtered for 4-star hotels, however, it is actually only a 2-star hotel. Expedia is at fault for this. Do not trust the Expedia listings.

As expected for a hotel close to the airport. Clean, staff were friendly and helped arrange a ride to Maya Port (Vincent was a great driver). Room right beside the pool so no privacy if we wanted to open windows. Food options at on site restaurant were fair if not a bit pricey for dinner (we waited a loong time but given they had another 2 large parties dining). Overall would stay again if in the area.

The staff here were absolutely excellent. They were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. There is a wonderful restaurant, Joey's Table, attached with an international menu. I was missing home ordered some European and American leaning dishes: Caesar salad, calamari, chocolate croissant, linguine carbonara, and their breakfast buffet. All were executed very well with high quality ingredients. The hotel has a nice simple pool and offer a free shuttle to their other property which has beach access and an additional larger, infinity pool. The only thing I wish this place had was hotter water. I know Western's like hotter showers than most of the world. I am being nitpicky. They use a instant water heater like most of the places I stayed at in the Philippines. However, some places had adjustable heaters. To the best of my knowledge this one did not have adjustments. This is a well managed property. You will enjoy your stay here.

Clean room. Remote was not operating properly It would not affect the volume. Shower door is put in in an odd. The property is expensive in the restaurant. I would not recommend staying in the property. I would recommend staying at the other property on the beach

They use a instant water heater like most of the places I stayed at in the Philippines. However, some places had adjustable heaters. To the best of my knowledge this one did not have adjustments. This is a well managed property. You will enjoy your stay here.

Clean room. Remote was not operating properly It would not affect the volume. Shower door is put in in an odd. The property is expensive in the restaurant. I would not recommend staying in the property. I would recommend staying at the other property on the beach
