Under repair or upgrade that's why it was noisy, the shower comes with a shower heater that was not working properly maybe because its small heater. But the higher rated rooms were spacious and well ventilated although no so clean

The room smelled, toilet was not functioning, there was no restaurant, and many dogs fighting on the property.

It was nice to visit but had No fridge , or jug to boil water to have a coffee in the room so you had to go and buy cold drinks from the cafe and they where expensive, The room was great and the view was as well , it’s far away from the main town and cost’s about 750 pesos and takes about 45 minutes, we had a good time but in hindsight we should have stayed closer to town

The most disappointing is their pinned location when you do the booking, it was false claimed. I book this property since it was near in the most beautiful beaches at the peñaplata, but when we were traveling with my partner, we cross mountains and get to the other side of the island. We were worried as might the driver taking us to the wrong place. But he’s right where we are heading. We are heading to the most uncivilized place, far from the pinned location. The fare was very expensive it take us 700php to get there. No nearby grocery store. No transportation passing thru. You need to coordinate them to contact some local motorcycle taxi which cost you 400-500php one way. Breakfast serving takes 1hr to prepare that cost you 300php. If you planned to go to samal island, might as well check with Facebook and check resort pages there.

We didn’t stay upon arrival of the place, the care take advised us They are not aware of any reservation! I showed them my reservation confirmation and they tried calling the manager she/he is not answering her phone (outside the coverage area) the place was very far from civilization no activities store is like 30 minutes away no food etc very dangerous place ... I need my Money back..
