This hotel is a one of the best hotel I’ve stayed. You can spend all the day in the hotel. Pool on the roof, Spa, gym, dishes, rooms, etc everything was perfect. Especially, the staff of this hotel is sophisticated. Very kind, warm and professional. I’m gonna go back this hotel again, when I will go cebu.

We stayed for 2 nights, and overall, it wasn’t the most relaxing experience. The rooms were on the smaller side, which wasn’t a huge issue but something to keep in mind if you're expecting more space. One of the bigger annoyances was the elevator situation — despite having 6+ elevators, it took a long time to get on one. That was a bit frustrating, especially when you're in a rush. The buffet was another letdown. It was really crowded, and while the food was refilled, the selection wasn’t that great, and a lot of items ran out quickly. The whole experience felt chaotic, with people constantly waiting for food to be restocked. On the plus side, the pool area had a stunning view, and it wasn't crowded, which made it a much more peaceful experience compared to the rest of the hotel. A big shoutout to the staff, though — they were all incredibly helpful and always seemed happy to assist. Their positive attitude really made a difference in the overall experience.

I've stayed here several times over the past 10 years. In general, I consider it the best hotel in Cebu for the price they charge. It's very clean, everybody is really nice, the breakfast buffet is great, and the area is convenient as it is safe to walk around and has a shopping center right across the street. Two things that I consistently have issues with are the AC and TV though. The AC never works properly. It is freezing cold no matter how you set it. I basically just flip it on and off every couple hours to manage the room temperature. The TV is less of an issue, but cable channels do not come in that clear.

Only had an overnight stay. Check in was quite slow maybe it was a weekend. The key cards didnt work so housekeeping across the room had to open our room.The bathroom easily gets flooded. Water seems like coming from walls. The carpet on the 6th floor (2nd room) was stinky. The rooftop was pretty cool; the kids pool and the bar. Breakfast buffett was a so-so.

Check-in took longer than expected. The room we got had a bad AC and door lock. We had to move room a few hours later. After the move everything was much better. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom needs more lighting as it seems darker than most hotels. It's definitely different than most hotels that there's no free ice.

Hotels.com verified review

Check-in took longer than expected. The room we got had a bad AC and door lock. We had to move room a few hours later. After the move everything was much better. The bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom needs more lighting as it seems darker than most hotels. It's definitely different than most hotels that there's no free ice.

The place is very nice but the staff at the Bai Hotel are some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of staying with! Very friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely stay again and will definitely recommend to family and friends!
