Balai Princesa

Me encantó el trato, comida en el restauran muy buena y los desayunos llenaron las expectativas.

The staff was very welcoming and the property was very clean. The hotel is located near a Robinson’s Mall, which was great because we were able to take a tricycle to get some dinner.

NO HOT WATER

The place is very nice and cozy. Good location close to everything. The staff was awesome very friendly and accommodating.

No tv, slow wifi.

Fantastico. Un piccolo boutique hotel dove potersi rilassare dopo le escursioni ad esplorare le bellezze di puerto Princesa. Massaggi divini e super economici, mi sento di consigliare il Balai signature. Le ragazze della reception sono sempre pronte a soddisfare qualsiasi bisogno e richiesta, offrono anche un servizio laundry express dove nel giro di poche ore fanno recapitare il tutto in hotel. Super consigliato, camere spaziose e ben arredate, silenziose, aria condizionata sempre funzionante. Pick up dall’aeroporto gratuito organizzato nel giro di pochissimo. Grazie Balai Princesa per questi 3 giorni, vi terremo nel cuore

Balai is stunning and clean, I stayed here as a way to unwind after a 2 week trip and it was absolutely the right decision. Balai gives a chance to unwind alone and everything is preplanned once you ask, for instance, the sauna and spa is booked an hour at a time so no one needs to share. The amenities offered in the rooms are excellent. The facilities are clean and nothing suggested is too much. The food options were good too. Highly recommend for a retreat type feel.

Wonderful quiet hotel, great customer service. The ambience of the hotel is very zen and peaceful. Recommend having the Bali massage, probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Thank you again Bali princesa I will be back :))

No hot water for the whole stay. Staff arent very helpful with regards to “tourists” asking/inquiring about the city or town and where to avail such services pr fees i.e Environmental service. No TV in the room. Will not go back and not recommend this place

The place is good, cozy and they have good food in the restaurant. Staff is professional, they are helpful. What we don’t like; the shower is so weak, no hot water and we even have to ask the front desk for toilet paper, there’s no shampoo and bath soap either.

Balai Princesa was a quiet, intimate, comfortable stay. We were a group of three and stayed for a night before traveling to El Nido. Staff and service were excellent. Upon arrival to Puerto Princesa (literally landing at PPS), I had contacted them via email at the last minute to set-up an airport transfer and they were quick to respond. Kudos to the communication and for accommodating our transportation needs at the last minute. We were greeted upon arrival and check-in was smooth and easy. I had already expected to pay a cash deposit (required by the stay), but it was waived since we were only there for an evening. Our room (family room) was simple and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were excellent with two separate showers and a toilet. We decided to try their in-house massage/spa service and we all got their “Balai Signature Massage”. It did not disappoint. Not only did we get a massage, but we got to utilize their saunas and jacuzzis located in the backyard of the premises. All we had to do was schedule the massages two hours prior and we were set to go. We also enjoyed Lihim Café which was located on the premises in the lobby. We enjoyed both lunch the day of arrival and their complimentary breakfast the following morning. Huge shoutout and thank you to the staff for making Balai Princesa a smooth, comfortable, relaxing and easy stay even if we were there just for an evening. It was memorable. I’d come back again if I ever visited the area again.
