Great resort for a family. We had two rooms connecting for our three college age children. Loved the staff , Ewe at the bar was great! The waiters Michelle Carmen, Janelle, and many others were so friendly and helpful! We did the private tour to chocolate Hills. Our driver was Rex from Henrys tour group!. He is awesome.

Great location if you want the buzz of town, everything is walking distance, dive shops, restaurants, shops, ATMs etc.
Hotel is great, people are kind, I am very happy with my stay and would recommend.

My booking on Hotels.com said my room would be the top floor, which was not the case when I arrived. Misleading info on somebody's part. Our room had no slippers and we requested another small towel for the bathroom which never arrived. We went in the amazing pool each day. We also pulled about 7-10 loose tiles that we stepped on out of the pool each day. The hotel was clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was also well done.

Lovely 2 night stay on Alona beach. Friendly helpful staff, let us check in early and organised room service breakfast before an early pick up.
Cocktails at happy hour were lovely and we enjoyed ours at the swim up bar

メイン通りからホテルまでの細い道がガタガタで、車はもちろん、歩くのも大変でした。
洗濯済みのタオルが毎日忘れられていて、ロビーに連絡しないといけませんでした。それでもタオルが三種類揃うことは無く、フェイスタオルかミニタオルのどちらかでした。
フィリピンの友達、一名が遊びに来たら、セキュリティのためIDを確認されるだけでなく、IDをフロントで預かる的な高圧的な対応にも残念に思いました。

Entering the road to the Best Western was a little sketchy but once you are there you understand the location is right on the beach. very nice the staff was great and very accommodating. The food was very good (Best Hummus ever) and it ws very clean a very good overall vibe. the only issue we had were the showers had pulsing pressure and would turn off when the pressure reduced. but it was manageable. I would return to this property.

Highly recommend this resort those who:
enjoy taking a shower with ice-cold water,
want a novel experience of seeing an air-conditioner that keeps leaking dirty water,
wish to spend your night with a bunch of bugs,
are into being questioned about damaged properties that you didn't even touch!!
Unfortunately I am not one of those, so gonna stay here never again.
