Special check-in instructions:
All guests should proceed to Green Monkey Resort's reception, located across Blue Bamboo Hotel, for check-in.

All guests must show a valid passport or any valid ID. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

Cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Please note that the hotel has a backup generator in the case of power interruptions. However, if the generator is not available due to maintenance measures, the guest is not entitled to cancel the room or reduce the room price.

In the event of force majeure, for example, earthquake, typhoon, political decisions, Blue Bamboo Hostel is not liable. Basically, all bookings are "non-refundable".


Kindly note that guests are required by the property to settle the full payment of the outstanding balance upon check-in. All incidental charges are to be paid one night before check-out. During peak season, guests are advised to have enough cash ready, as ATM machine may not be available.
