Citadines Cebu City

We recently booked a six-night stay in this hotel. I rate this hotel 10/10. First of all, it’s off-season.The price I paid was very reasonable. We arrived early at 9 AM and were allowed early check-in without additional cost. The hotel stands out in cleanliness, prompt Customer Service and a king’s breakfast for two that’s offered at ABACA cafe - an upper mid to high end restaurant. It has a pool, gym, and laundry area. Transportation within the city is not a problem as there is a taxi line in front of the hotel. Their concierge is also very helpful. There is a free gallon of drinking water in the room and is replenished as needed. Anywhere in Europe and US, we always have to buy bottled water since some hotels don’t provide. Some do but just 1-2 bottles a day which isn’t enough. The hotel is within the Baseline group of buildings - a mixed development. It is fun to walk around and find an array of restaurants, coffee shops and stores, Most of all, there is a supermarket at the basement of Baseline Premier. The hotel is near hospitals and universities. I met some medical students from University of Bristol who are doing their clinicals at a nearby prestigious medical school in Cebu- just a walking distance. Now, I know where to go the next time I visit Cebu and need to find a hotel within the city.

Second time that me and my partner stayed at Citadines and this time was even better that the first one, a year and a half ago. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is prefect and the rooms are clean and in great condition. I highly recommend this place! :)

Great hotel in midtown Cebu. My room was spacious and clean, buffet breakfast had many options and the area has a number of food choices and a mid-sized supermarket. Many taxis available making it easy to get around the city.

Friendly staff, Great breakfast and clean safe environment.

The property is well managed. The property was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was as advertised. I would not hesitate to stay at the Citadines Cebu City again.

We have a very nice stay in this place, the staff are very friendly and the place are very clean. The food is good. There are restaurant around and also a 7/11 in the building which is very convenient especially when it rains or its very hot outside.

Courteous staff

Buffet breakfast was good. There are also other nice restaurants nearby. Had problem with the A/C in our room so we had to be moved ...slept a bit late. Glad the receptionist was considerate enough so overall, it was a good stay.

Absolutely wonderful property! Building is in great condition, amenities are far above standard, location is central to everything, and the staff members are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Junior Executive Suite or Executive Loft are the ideal options to select if they are within your budget. They both have ample seating space, as well as separate sleeping and living areas. My Junior Executive Suite was a corner unit with an outstanding view of the city and the ocean. Complete with a washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, two burner stove, dual a/c units, a 55" TV in the living area and a 32" TV in the bedroom with too many cable channels to list. Transportation options exist right outside the front door and several food options are within walking distance. Ayala Mall is a 10 minute taxi trip, but traffic conditions can turn this into a 40 minute ride, so plan accordingly. There are numerous bars within a 10 minute walk, and a concierge in the lobby that can arrange tours or transportation. The fitness center is severely under equipped. They have dumbells, a cable machine, 2 treadmills, 2 adjustable benches, and a bike. The area is also cramped. The square footage is similar to the living area in the Junior Executive Suite. Overall, a great place to stay no matter what's on your agenda. They offer rates for long-term stays as well.

スタッフさん全員の愛想も抜群で、素晴らしいホテルでした。 Wi-Fi速度については、VPN使用時は日本と比べると微妙ではありましたが、VPNを使わない時は特に問題もなく、スムーズに映像も見れました。 外部への遮音性も素晴らしく、リラックスして使えました。

The breakfast could of been better i thought it was the branded hotel breakfast very disappointed that alone will be a factor if i stay again

朝食も美味しくて、プールも楽しめました。ホテルの方もフレンドリーで、良くして貰いました。 弟家族と合流して泊まりましたが、大満足でした。 ありがとうございました。

Great place to stay!

It's just a convenient place to be..restaurants, supermarkets etc are just beneath the building.

I will not be returning

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The property was clean and staff were great. The grocery store in the parking garage area was excellent and they had Dr. Pepper! That was huge for a westerner that rarely can find them in SE Asia. Definitely recommend this place.

The location is conveniently close to our meeting venue and easy to reach for Grab drivers. The food is good, and the hotel overall is clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the complimentary water, welcome snacks, and the thoughtful welcome letter it added a special touch. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely come back and stay again on our next trip.
