Golden Prince Hotel was a delight to stay at. They are very helpful and kind. The hotel is right across from a convenient store and coffee shop. They always had taxi's and car service when needed. The location is very close to a lot of places to visit also. Close to shopping mall and numerous dining options as well. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The rooms were very nice and affordable. The also have a restaurant with buffet option to. I enjoyed the stay very much thanks for the hospitality.

Everything was easy, awesome in every way, helpful staff and calm people around that work within the Golden Prince Hotel, I know I will book again in this Hotel when I come back, I also like the OJTs staff very accommodating and smiles and give it thier all to satisfy our needs, respectfully thanks again, I enjoyed my stay there very satisfied customer.

First night was horrible the room we are in, were infested with cockroaches, crawling in bed , bathroom countertop and coffee / tea pot table . Mirror in the bathroom were broken, restaurant has broken floors, stumbled and fell on my toes luckily I wore shoes caused if I didn’t I could end up losing my toes.
Brought it up to the manager. We were upgraded into a better room with a broken mirror also. I so not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Only 1 person working the front desk.. slow to get checked in. Went to room and was super hot. Turned on the aircon and went down to the libby and ate at the buffet. Food was terrible cold and old. I've had better food in jail. Went back to the room after eating and my room was still a sauna. Maintenance came and cleaned the filter and told us to monitor it. It's not blowing cold air so a filter clean is not going to solve the problem, besides im tired NOW and its too hot to sleep. I left.the premises and checked in at the nustar casino hotel..best choice!

This was convenient since we were having an event in this hotel as well. I arrived kinda late so I just bought hot food from their convenience store. The front office was friendly & accommodating. There was a nearby lechon house which is quite popular.

Staff is unprofessional and unorganized. They keep telling us our suite room is ready by 2:00 pm and then 2:20 pm 2:30 pm 3:00pm and the room was ready at 3:30 pm. We found out that the previous occupants checked out already (this time its already 3:30pm) but they did not clean the room and the attendant keep telling us she called already and the room should be ready soon. The lobby don’t have enough space so sit down and staffs is not friendly at all. This hotel was recommended to me and for sure I am not going back. Its not just us who encountered this problem, the people we've talked they have the same problem and she got mad at them and provided them a temporary room for a while. You can do better than this hopefully your service will improve.

housekeeping이 아직 끝나지 않아서 2시에 체크인 하지 못하고 한참 기다렸음에도, 직원은 우리가 언제 방에 들어갈 수 있는지 제대로 안내해주거나 사과조차 없이 우리를 기다리게 했음. 청소가 오래 걸렸다던 방의 컨디션은 오히려 최악이었음. 침대 시트에는 더러운 얼룩이 남아있고, 베개도 누렇고, 욕실에는 포장되지 않은 치간칫솔이 남아있어 찝찝했음. 3인 숙박인데 수건과 칫솔세트, 슬리퍼 등이 2개뿐인 것도 불편했음. 테이블이나 드라이어도 없고... 에어컨도 매우 약해서 방의 온도가 일정온도 이하로 내려가지 않았음. 복도나 다른 방의 소음이 잘 들려서 전반적인 경험이 좋지 않음.
