We just stayed here for one night, but it was a great place to explore the surrounding area of Manila - a lot of restaurants and places are reachable by foot, and it is also not too far from the airport.
The hotel and room were clean and had everything you needed. The rooftop terrace was also lovely in the evening!
The only things worth noting is that there was no hot water in the shower (as in many places in the Philippines), and no elevator.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Manila. Service was all right, check-in was delayed a bit but they kindly stored our luggage upon check-out. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. If you are a light sleeper I don’t recommend this hotel since you can hear every sound on the street during the night time. Overall however, I would recommend this hotel as a budget option when staying

Nice place, bit small but that's Manilla. Lot of trouble closing the shower door if you're BIG like me! Narrow stairs, no elevator, luckily we were on the 2nd floor, but my friend on the 3rd! Breakfast is Tea (but they run out on the last day!) or coffee with a cinnamon roll! Nice but not what I would call breakfast!
