A Memorable Stay at Henann Crystal, Boracay!
Henann Crystal Hotel is a wonderful place to stay and unwind in Boracay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning infinity pool and a bar that makes the whole experience even better. The rooms are spotless, and the beds are super comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help.
If you're looking for a place with great service, a beautiful setting, and amazing people, Henann Crystal is the one. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Henann Crystal Sands Resort for 3 nights in Aug 2025 and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was beach fronting with close proximity to D'Mall and entertainment spots. We had direct access to the pool and rooftop infinity pool which was a good option for a dip when the beach water gets rough.

I will start by saying that the welcome was a little tough with us being told as we came in so early that out would be a priority and they would get us the first room ready after cleaning. Well the did not happen and we spent 5.5 hours waiting for it including the 1.5 hours waiting for UV inspection weird!...
That being said the rest of the staff / hotel/ back of the house were amazing .
Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Their rooftop pool and the staff up there were awesome and their drinks amazing . Breakfast was good even though we went five days no yogurt and no gronola. Need that every morning...Needed a little more variety for the non local clientele would be nice.Otherwise again staff amazing and they all did their best. I recommend booking island hopping from hotel it was worth it. Again definitely would come back

I like the hotel most coz it’s just in front of the beach. Room is good, quiet, bed is comfy and clean. Well, it’s Boracay so it’s already expected that everywhere you go in that area is crowded even though it’s low season.

We enjoyed our stay at Henann Crystal Sands Resort. The location was close to restaurants and shops which was convenient. We had a direct pool access room which was worth it. The room was in good condition- clean, nice linens, lots of space. Overall, the resort presented well and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Charleez was our bartender at the rooftop pool and he provided excellent service to our entire family.
The breakfast buffet was included with our stay. The food was good but it was quite chaotic with so many people every morning which made it a little stressful. Also, the constant solicitation for massage services and activities were a bother as soon as we stepped off the resort grounds. The beach was nice but it was windy which made the water rough for swimming. I would stay at this hotel again.
