My 3 night stay at Hop In was great. Location was very convenient not only to work but to places nearby, whether is restaurants or shopping. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Super quick and easy check in and out. Wifi was spotty, it had cable channels. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure. All in all I recommend Hop In if you are staying in Metro Manila.

Cute and affordable hotel! Very close to malls, casino and restaurants. Best part, there is a 7-11 convenience store as well a cute coffee shop (with discount if you have a hotel card) right beside it! Highly recommended 😊

We have stayed here for the weekend. The new Parqal Mall next to the hotel is amazing with loads of dining options and perfect for drinks. The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was neat and tidy but a little bit of surprise of small insects. But otherwise it was a very comfortable and pleasure stay.

Room looked out over a rubbish strewn roof, shower head was broken, when maintainance came to fix the shower, they left rubbish in the sink and bootprints in the shower.

I was very pleased during my 2 nights stay. This property is newly built, and it's very close to shopping malls, restaurants, casino and even to the airport. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. And most of all the price was very affordable.

There’s no toiletries available in the bathroom. Room was fine but it’s noisy and you can hear other people even when you are inside the room. There’s not much privacy.

Lovely location but the elevator is terribly noisy. I could hear it banging away from my room and kept me awake. I understand sustainability, but if you don’t want to provide soap bars to wash hands at the bathroom sink then please install a dispenser.

This was the most bare-bones hotel I have ever stayed in. There were no services other than providing a stripped-down room. There was no restaurant in the hotel, so all meals were at nearby restaurants. There was no furniture in the room other than the bed. The only thing the hotel has going for it is its location close to the US Visa Application Center. The room was equivalent to one that you would pay less than 1/3rd the price for anywhere else in the Philippines.

Very basic, but great location, I don’t think it’s that old but it’s definitely being neglected from a maintenance and cleaning perspective. Also it’s incredibly loud and disruptive during the evening as all the noises carry thought out the whole floor.
