Das Island Beachfront Resort ist traumhaft schön und bekommt von uns 10 Sterne. Die wunderschöne Lage direkt am Strand mit feinem Sandstrand und kristallklaren Meer stellt die wunderschöne Kulisse dar. Für Taucher und Ruhesuchende ist dies der perfekte Ort. Egal ob aus dem Schlafzimmer blickend oder im Restaurant sitzend, die Umgebung lässt einen wie im Paradies füllen. Wir waren in der Seaview Cabana, welche hochwertig ausgestattet ist. Sie beinhaltet eine AC mit Ventilator, ein großzügiges Badezimmer und eine Outdoor Dusche. Das Personal und die Küche verwöhnte uns zu jeder Mahlzeit aufs Neue. Besonders schätzen wir das gratis Wasser, das überall zur Verfügung steht. Am Strand gibt es Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirme. Der Pool bietet ebenfalls die perfekte Abkühlung. Der Service ist herausragend und von sehr guter Qualität. Wir buchten mehrmals eine Massage und liehen einen Scooter aus. Die Tauchschule liegt direkt auf dem Gelände. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und können dieses Resort nur empfehlen.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable — right on a beautiful stretch of beach with crystal-clear water and great for spotting turtles (we saw 4 whilst kayaking). The rooms were spotless and really comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. Every meal we had was delicious. It’s the kind of place that makes you instantly feel on holiday — peaceful, welcoming, and unforgettable. We honestly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended! Thus hotel is exceptional in all the right ways. The staff are all super friendly, Peter is an active owner who looks after his guests, and the grounds and position are all wonderful. As other guests have mentioned, the beach is not deep, and is mainly covered in high tide, but in low tide, you can walk to along it to the town, or the diving cave pool. The food is of a very high quality. I cannot rate this Hotel and the whole experience highly enough. The diving instructor, Hubert, and his wife Delphine, who is the yoga teacher, add hugely to the overall experience. It’s unlikely we will go back given it is an 18 hour trip from home, but if we are ever able to, we wouldn’t hesitate. Do visit.

Terrific grounds, delicious food very reasonably priced, beautiful pool, and very, very accommodating staff. Rooms were attractive and it was nice not to have a tv. Beach was very small; okay early in day. Not so later with low tide.

I have rarely seen a legitimately 10/10 hotel/resort but this is very much it, if you’re looking for what it offers. First off, this place is remote and some of the quietest I encountered in the Philippines (apart from the gecko sounds, I must add). It has amazing rooms, which are stylish, spacious and modern in their own way. It has its own restaurant where the food is overwhelmingly good. Some dishes are even excellent and definitely make up for the in part higher prices compared to other areas in the Philippines. The private beach access is convenient and adds to the relaxing and unbothered experience. If you’re up for it, you’ll experience a vast amount of sea wildlife right there only a couple of hundred meters in. In addition you’ll be able to relax on the premise by laying next to the well maintained pool or at other spots along the preserved plantation area. But what really stood out was the professionalism, friendliness and overall excellence of the staff. Everyday they not only tended to all our needs but sometimes even anticipated our desires it felt like, while still giving enough space. Jiar (not sure of the spelling) really stood out in providing everyday help and interesting snorkeling insights. He even made sure the kayakers are safe during their expedition. I hope that Peter, the owner, acknowledges that and understands the importance of that. In the end, the staff is really what stood out and the thing to come back for.

The Hotel is great. What made it so good for us was the Staff. Very friendly, helpful and always there to help. Amazing Team. Also the ground of the hotel is wonderful. Lots of green and trees, many places to relax and have a moment to yourself or enjoy the company of others. Very well done. The Rooms and Cabanas are spread out over the entire hotel grounds so it never feels cramped or crowded. What could have improved: Perhaps a beach clean up every day would make it even better. The beach was not Dirty, but there was always a bit of litter on the beach and I believe this could be improved. Also thinking about the environment, the lights pointing to the trees could be turned off earlier at night. When visiting the restaurant, you need to know that it might take a while for your food to arrive, but once you know, you can arrange for it and it is not a problem anymore. Perhaps a further helper in the kitchen would solve this minor issue?

Small resort which is very quiet and relaxing. The sunsets are beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an excellent scuba diving centre at the hotel, very practical.

Très bel endroit mais plusieurs points à savoir : la plage est belle mais peu praticable pour se baigner car peu de fonds, oursins et méduses, fond vaseux et mousses agglomérées à du sable qui flottent ; la salle de bain n’est pas digne de l’hôtel : joints crasseux, installations vétustes, restaurant plutôt du type international assez moyen au niveau des saveurs. Le point positif c’est surtout la gentillesse des personnes et la beauté des paysages.

Place is quite and peaceful and next to to beach. I like the atmosphere and staffs are great. I can’t say anything bad.

Island View was superb. Peter and his staff were welcoming and always had a smile. There was no reason to go anywhere else while we were there. Secluded and peaceful with amazing grounds and private beach. We will be going back!

Our Cabana is overlooking the Ocean side . Scenario is very nice .

Schönes und gepflegtes Resort mit super Personal. Außergewöhnliches Restaurant in super Umgebung mit toller Karte. Leider schlechte Bade- und Schwimmmöglichkeit wegen wenig Wasser und vielen Seeigeln.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay at Island View Beachfront Resort. Peter was a great host and the staff were friendly and helpful. The customer service was exceptional. The property is set among beautifully maintained tropical gardens and our room looked out onto the beach. The atmosphere is very tranquil and serene which made for a very relaxing holiday. The Old Plantation Restaurant on site provided wonderful meals, drinks and service. Overall a memorable stay and would definitely recommend.

Cet hôtel reculé nous a grandement impressionné par la qualité des installations. Salle à manger de grande qualité, avec beaux matériel. Villa spacieuse avec douche extérieure (pour la villa supérieure avec vue). Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. La route pour s'y rendre est plutôt difficile en raison des trous dans la route de terre. Nous recommandons de passer par la route qui arrive par l'Est.

Wunderschönes, ruhiges Resort mit grossen Garten. Leider etwas abgelegen, selbst nach Anda braucht man ein Transportmittel. Lange Spaziergänge am Strand sind möglich, jedoch kein Strand mit feinem Sand. Im Meer Seeigel!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön, es gibt Sonnenliegen und -schirme. Bei Ebbe kann man weit laufen. Der Strand eignet sich nur bei Flut zum schwimmen, es werden außerdem Kajaks angeboten, was uns viel Spaß gemacht hat. Mit dem Roller (Verleih durch Hotel möglich) ist man mobiler. Ansonsten befindet man sich außerhalb der touristischen Zentren, was wir sehr angenehm empfanden. Dennoch ist der Ort Anda per local bus erreichbar! Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, bei uns funktionierte alles, der Meerblick war fantastisch. Auch der Pool war sehr groß mit Blick zum Meer! Das anhängende Restaurant war ebenfalls bestens: es gibt eine Happy Hour sowie eine fantastische Küche - ob zum Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen. Schön war auch der Ausblickspunkt, wir waren jedem Morgen dort oben. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal und Peter haben uns sehr willkommen geheißen.
