Excellent stay at JMM Grand Suites. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever needed. The location is convenient, with Robinsons Mall nearby, making it easy to find food, shops, and daily necessities. Check-in and check-out were smooth and well organized. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this property.

Well situated: near shopping, food carts, convenient stores, mall, museums, universities, government offices, hospitals, historical locations, US embassy, and more! Front desk support is top-notch. Cleaning crew is fabulous! Pool is nice. Small gym, but gets the job done. Give JMM a try!

ゴキブリがたくさん出た。ドライヤーが壊れてた。エアコンがうるさい。 建物がL字型の為にカーテンを開けると他の客室から丸見え。カーテンを開けておけない。 セキュリーティーが異常に厳しい。 連れの人が、ホテル内に入る時は必ずIDを預ける必要がある。 しかも連れは4時間しか部屋にはいれないと言われる。 厳しくないときはゲートは無造作に明けっ放しなのに、警備員によって厳しくなる。 いじめのような感じまでする。 2度と使うことはない。ホテルの方が良い余程良い。

The hotel security is perfect that the security gate protects the customers. Robinsons is very closed from the hotel and the reasonable restaurants are around the hotel. I felt it was very convenient.
