Mansion Buenavista

The room was great with a wonderful view and exemplary service! The food was so good that we came back to eat here after we hopped over to Coron and were on our way back home. The owner was very gracious and friendly. I messed up one of the towel swans in the pic before taking… it was perfect before I touched it.

Mansion Buena Vista ist eine sichere, saubere mit exzellente Service Leistung in einer familiäre Atmosphäre. Der Besitzer Noud wohnt vor Ort und hat uns sofort geholfen mit allem was wir für die Reise brauchten! Er hat unseren Transport nach Sabang organisiert und mein Sohn dürfte den Drucker benutzen. Das Restaurant hat excellente köstliche Gerichte frisch gekochte wie Zuhause - schmeckt aber ohne Hotelpreisen. Ein Abend haben wir hier gegessen, weil wir müde von der Tagestour zurück kamen und das war die richtige Entscheidung. Wir haben uns dort sicher (Sicherheit personell vor Ort) und Zuhause gefüllt. Empfang schnell und persönlich. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Noud und seiner Mitarbeiter für eine wunderbare Aufenthalt. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

I've never felt so welcomed and cared for at a hotel before. Noud and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, relaxed, and tended to. They will help arrange travel, laundry, and day trips. The rooms are comfy, clean, and offer a great view. The morning breakfast is excellent and there is a great lunch/dinner menu as well. I dont think I'll bother looking at other hotels the next time I return. Can't wait to visit again once the pool.is ready!!

It was such a cozy lovely stay in this family run business! The owner took care of all the small details, starting with ergonomic pillows, comfortable beds, everything made out of full wood, internet routers in every room, nets even on the smallest windows, water dispensers/coffee/tea free for consumption on every corner... The whole place (not just the room) is squeaky clean, everything smells so nicely! They helped us with all the tours & transfers on spot, spontaneously. Massages in the room were excellent. The owners are so well connected in the community, they can fix everything with a phone call in 5min. The staff is so sweet, especially Emma - they have a few rooms so they immediately get your name, preferences, schedule. It is super safe and location is excellent - if you want to do the ABCD tours, you NEED to be in El Nido town but you don't want to be in the epicenter since it's too loud. Here you get an incredible view & home atmosphere, only 5min walking to the front street next to the beach. After the tour, you can enjoy sunset over the bay and chill on your loggia. They are also building a pool now, so it will be even better next season... If there is anything we can say could be better, it's maybe a bit more light in the bathroom. We hope we can come back soon!!

The staff is so nice and friendly. The hotel owner is very nice. Hotel is close to the beach. The hotel room is clean. Good breakfast. So quiet place, relax. Highly recommended to stay

What can i say, the staff and owner at the property were amazing, they made sure we felt welcome and attended to at all times, the breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Great views from the good sized balcony, and loved watching the numerous geckos scurrying around. The staff happily organised tours and transfers for us and everything was settled smoothly on check out. There is some building work going on as they are having a pool installed, but this did not affect our stay at all, but will improve it for others when finished. The property is situated just outside of the main nightlife, so is quiet at night, but only 5-10mins walk of you want the bars and restaurants. Great stay and would highly recommend.

Es war urgemütlich, familiär-wenn man es wollte, sehr zuvorkommend und absolut hilfsbereit. Ein Ort einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück frisch und lecker - vor allem schmeckte auch der Kaffee. Und : das beste WLAN, was ich auf den Philippinen erlebt habe! ….. Danke für die wunderbare Woche!

A fantastic place to stay, just 5 minute walk from El Nido town centre. We stayed in Rm3 with a balcony overlooking the vast limestone mountains. The room had 1 double and 2 twins and a bathroom. Air-conditioned with fridge. Very clean. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Noud (owner) - thank you for our fantastic stay and helping us really enjoy El Nido and its surroundings. We had the most wonderful time. We'll be back to use that pool when it is finished 👍

Just left this lovely hotel. I got the room I booked on the 3rd floor. Great view for sunset. The staff are outstanding. A great breakfast was included. Fantastic location for walking around town - plenty of dining options and access to the boat tours. Room very clean and I loved the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. AC and fan in the room. I see why this place gets good reviews.

Mansion Buenavista was a great family owned property. Noud and his family go out of their way to be helpful from the minute you arrive. Breakfast was delicious each morning especially the fresh fruit and banana pancakes. The room is spacious and a nice view from the balcony. The property is on a steep drive up so if you have mobility issues it can be difficult to stay here, but all the restaurants, bars and cafes of El Nido town are 5-10 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Staying at Mansion Buenavista was so great. The staff took care of us in such a great way!!! Loved the communication with the property. They provided the perfect landing pad for our adventures in El Nido!!

The professional team with the hotel owner's Noud vision ensures that every minute is pleasant and safe. The hotel is very clean, the employees are very friendly, very helpful in every problem, especially MiMi can solve any problem anywhere like a hero. Hamburger was legendary and massage service to the room felt very good.. thank you very much

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Noud and Jennifer are amazing hosts! They are happy to please all their guests! The staff are happy to do the same! The food - oh my gosh! Oh, my. Where to begin? If I could give 6 stars for service, I would. I arrived early on my first day, tired after a long flight to Manila from the US and from Manila to El Nido. I was immediately greeted with a smile and the option to check in early, which was amazing. From there, it just got better. Noud, Jennifer, Mimi and the rest of the crew are all fantastic, warm, hospitable people. Very attentive and always smiling. The room was great, spotless and bright. The breakfast was amazing, with Filipino, Continental, or savory options. They take care of everything for you, book rides to Nacpan, island hopping tours, or help you get to Vanilla beach. We had dinner at the hotel one night after a long day and it was really yummy too (and very inexpensive). On our last day we were leaving early and they had breakfast and a tricycle ready for the airport by the time we went down. Truly amazing, all of them. The town is a short walk away, but not in the super touristy area, which for us was a plus. They are building a pool, so it will get even better from here. Keep up the good work, and thanks for making our stay memorable!

The view was amazing, the staff and owner was wonderfull. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is a bit outside the centre (otherwise you would not get the nice view), but still very easy to get there. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to El Nido.

Very lovely stay here, staff are amazing and very accomodating, breakfast is beautiful and cooked fresh every morning, the town is in walking distance and the hotel is safe. The staff even packed us breakfast for our early morning flight. Thank you hotel mansion buenavista!
