Meaco Royal Hotel - Lipa

Terrible experience. No service elevator and parking. There are insects inside the room. Linens are stained and smells bad. Not recommended for travellers with family.

Very busy in the center of town. No parking.

There’s no lift/ elevator, yet my room is in the 3rd flr. There’s lot of small cockroaches inside the room. It seems they never put any insecticide or make any pest control. I booked for twin de luxe room and they gave me de luxe room (not knowing and forgot already about my booking details). I already slept and the next morning they called me for their mistake. They asked me if I can change into my real booking which is twin de luxe room. I refused because I’m going to check out anytime sooner. Instead, I asked for a refund but they said it’s non-refundable (the hotel staffs looks very wise, huh). It will be my first and last check in. And my worst hotel that I ever had. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Nice and tidy, good for a comfortable stay around Lipa.

We thank the staff for being nice. The only thing we dont like is the stairs. There is no elevator and the room is in 3rd floor.

2週間前に宿泊したとき、ホテルの無料Wi-Fiが部屋、廊下問わず接続出来なかったため、今回は、ポケットWi-Fiを購入準備してみた。（Globe) 外部からの受信（信号）が弱くポケットWi-Fiを窓側において接続出来ました。（通信速度は遅いです） でも値段が安いのでおすすめ。

価格が安く、コスパ良し。おすすめします。 入口のセキュリティは、しっかりしており安心。 シャワー（バスタブ無し）は、温水出ます。 部屋にセーフティボックスなし。 無料のミネラルウォーターは無し。 Wi-Fiの表示は出るが、パスワード入力しても接続出来ない。廊下に出ても、違うスマホを使っても接続出来ない。フロントに聞いたら、信号が弱いとのこと。 近くにJollibee、Dunkin Donuts、マクドナルド有り。 SMモールまで2ｋｍ、ロビンソンまで1.5ｋｍ。

No signal, slow internet speed. But the hotel is clean. Looks like a motel.

Its new and clean ..no elevator...not friendly hotel for pwd people...not accessible to transpo- only tricycles (charges very high fare)

It was a nice hotel without elevator.But the hotel did not provide any transport service. Too bad

the room was clean, comfy bed. the hotel was near the market so it was busy street no place to park until midnight. it was great.

There were no elevators

Hotel is situated in a very busy local market place. Be aware that the hotel does not have a lift, so you'll be walking up and down stairs a lot. The staff are less than welcoming, and the policy of having to return your room key to the front desk every time you leave the hotel is irritating. Would I stay here again? Probably not - i would search for a friendlier hotel which treated their guests as guests and not children.
