I booked a 7-night stay at this hotel — the first 4 nights in the Main Wing, and the remaining 3 nights in the West Wing, so I was required to change rooms during my stay. The night before the room change, I spoke with a male manager at the reception and informed him that I had a hopping tour scheduled for 8:30 AM the next morning. I asked if it was possible to move to the new room before the tour, and he said yes, even promising a room upgrade. However, when I arrived at the front desk at 8:00 AM the next day, a female staff member named Ella told me the room wasn't ready and that I should come back at 9:00 AM. She said I could leave my luggage in the lobby and go on the tour. I asked if I could instead leave my things in the old room and return to check out and move after the tour — but she refused, saying I couldn't go back to the old room either. I had no choice but to leave everything in the lobby. After the tour, I came back at 10:00 AM, only to be told again that the room was not ready and that I had to wait in the lobby for another hour. Finally, I was able to check in at 11:00 AM, after waiting 3 hours in total. To make matters worse, the new room had no towels, no soap, and no shower gel. I went back to the front desk and spoke with Ella again, and she said, unbelievably, that there were no towels available at the hotel. Eventually, another staff member brought towels to my room, but Ella never apologized and kept showing an irresponsible and dismissive attitude

Was I 1 night stay we ended up booking are flight a night earlier then planned this place was just fine for the night liked the location to Cafe and food

Been 4 yrs b4 and till it was ok. Staffs were kind. Room was ok. Only thing is staffs r 2 anticipating 2 take luggages when transfer room. Other is there no guard at gate and swimming pool(is shallow. So may no need but sometimes trouble happen with other guests in swimming pool. Basically enjoyed it and have will 2 be back even though now there many new hotels around in alona.

It’s like a motel with swimming pool. More like $30 a night instead of $50.

I loved being on the second floor with the room opening to the courtyard below. I sat outside every morning and had my coffee. Kettle included in the room. And a safe. The room is huge with a king bed, large wardrobe closet. Bed is very comfortable. I slept great and could hardly hear the street noise. There are two pools. A small one on one side of street where i stayed, and is the main reception hotel. The other side of the street has a bigger pool and the restaurant, and various other room on the ground floor only. The restaurant food is delicious. You can walk 8 minutes from the hotel to the beach. Theres a McDonalds and Jollibees there too. The beach is ok. Its a long white sand beach. Gorgeous. But not deep. Theres a lot of seaweed just in the water about 5 meters. So, you have to try and find an area where you can get out up to your neck. Water is crystal clear and the perfect temperature. Only complaint i have is they charge you to use the gym at the hotel! Ive never heard of that! 300 pesos ($7.50) a day! Or 1000 ($25l for the week. The staff were friendly. I would stay there again.

I love the Regents as it’s close to all the amenities you need, and not to far from Alona Beach. Wifi and air con are excellent. Safe in the room for peace off mind. Two separate pools is great. Free water available. Loved my time, I’ll be staying here when I come back to Panglao.

Super Noisy at pool site there the rooms are, cause no guard closing the pool even we and many complaint. From erly mornings...and to late night 01am with loud party pinoys. Toilet was over flowing, only 1 pillow in each bed, it was no over cotton blanket, only under blanket, same in all rooms. The bed table between the bed's dident have any bed lamp and no switch to lights, so when go to sleep we have to go up from the bex and then walk back in darkness.

I love the Regents. It is off the beach and quiet. Nice pool, gym, and restaurant. The staff makes you feel at home. I just stayed for 12 days and look forward to going back.

Booked last minute since I got stuck in Bohol and had a good experience. Staffing is really friendly
