To Our Dear Guests;
In view of the ongoing quarantine practices to prevent the spread of Covid19 viruses being implemented by our government, please be advised of the following :
1. Upon entry at SSR, any individuals are required to undergo the following procedure :
a.Temperature Check
b.Filling up of Health Declaration Form
c.Additional documents from guest may be required if necessary
2. SSR implements “NO FACE MASK, NO ENTRY” policy
3. SSR can only accept guests (local and expat) who are currently living or residing in provinces/cities which were declared as MGCQ (modified community quarantine) ang low risk MCGQ
4. SSR cannot accept guests who belongs to the following categories:
a.Those who came from the provinces/cities which are still belong to ECQ and GCQ as follow :
b.Modified Enhanced community quarantine
Cebu City
VISAYAS: Cebu City
General community quarantine
LUZON: Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, and Rizal
VISAYAS: Lapu Lapu City, Mandaue City, Ormoc City, Southern Leyte, Talisay, Minglanilla, and Consolacion in Cebu Province.
MINDANAO: Zamboanga City, Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, and Basilan

b.Inbound guests (Filipino and other citizens) whose recent Philippine arrival is less than 30 days.
c.Any individuals below 21 years old
d.Any individuals above 59 years old

5. SSR will implement adjusted operating hours as follow :
Front Desk and Reservations Office 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
Restaurant 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (last order at 6:30 pm), 7:00 am to 9:00 am for check in guest breakfast only
Use of Facilities :
Seawater Pools, Hot Spring Pools, Sauna 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
Cabanas, Game Area and other public areas 7:00 am to 8:00 pm

6.SSR can only allow up to maximum 2 persons in one room
