The only thing didn’t like is the swimming pool was under renovation and was noisy a bit .. they should mention it before customers book the hotel online coz for sure they know it’s gonna be renovation date
But they mention that to me one day before the check in or even later which is can’t cancel my booking and will be too late

It was my first time traveling with my daughter and our first time staying at SEDA BGC, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was excellent—we actually looked forward to waking up for it each day. We stayed for 9 days and had an absolute blast.
This hotel is a great place, though there are a few opportunities for improvement as they continue to grow. While it didn’t bother me much, the bathroom is probably the biggest area for improvement: the shower water pressure was extremely low, the tile grout was chipping, and the tissue holder was slowly coming off the wall. I also noticed there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which caused the mirror to fog up after showers.
Overall, I’m very impressed with the staff, especially the food service, and I loved the easy access to everything—airport, shopping, dining, and more—while avoiding the worst of the city’s traffic.

The Hotel personnels are all so polite, very respectful, friendly, very helpful to us, They upgrade us due to some issues in our room. They are so fast in responding to our needs. I remember the hotel housekeeper the name is Jim who is assigned on the 18th floor is so nice and very friendly and respectful to us.

Second time staying at Seda and it was great. The water pressure in the shower was great. Staff were all nice and accommodating. Front desk staff upon check it were wonderful. I’ll be staying in Seda again when I’m in Manila.

We checked in . And was walking in our floor hallway. There was a strong stale smell. Brought our bags inside the room. We immediately noticed the room smelled musty / stale . Called front desk and talked to on duty manager and requested instead of switching rooms an upgrade a much bigger room and without a strong musty scent! . But with a discount due to the inconvenience. Manager agreed to move us to a 1 bedroom suite with 50% off per night. That helped and we agreed.
Moved in to the new room. 1 bedroom suite. No musty / stale smell.
Our 4 day stay was good and no untoward incident .
Except the hotel pool was under renovation. Kids would have LOVED an option of jumping in the pool at night.
Breakfast buffet was good. The only problem is if you stayed more than 3 days. You will get tired of the food selection. Because they are the same selection everyday. For 4 days. We grew tired of the selection.
Good food in the beginning. Clean facilities , friendly staff.
All in all 4 🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️ . And would recommend it because its centrally located in BGC and stay is affordable compared to other surrounding hotels.
Will recommend it and will book again in the future. But for only maximum 2-3 days stay only

I booked a stay at Seda Hotel but was unfortunately unable to check in. Most hotels typically charge for one night in the event of a no-show, but this Hotel refused any adjustment or partial refund.
This lack of flexibility and poor customer service was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I never stepped foot on the property. I’ve supported many hotels over the years, but this experience left a bad impression. I expected more understanding and fairness from a hospitality provider.
Would not recommend based on this experience.
