This condo is very beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and have high quality linens. I was able to cook in the unit, which was fully furnished with basic cooking items, and there is a little store downstairs for supplies. The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have any problem with the reservation. We had to provide our IDs ahead of time so that the building would allow us in. The building is very strict about admission, so make sure you declare exactly who is in your party ahead of time.

Ingin daftar masuk di luar waktu penerimaan tetamu (waktu awal pagi atau lewat malam)? Sila hubungi pihak penginapan secara terus untuk pengaturan daftar masuk.
  • Bayaran letak kenderaan sendiri berbumbung: PHP 650.00 sehari
  • Yuran daftar masuk lewat: PHP 250.00 untuk daftar masuk antara 18:30 dan 12:00 tengah malam
  • Bayaran katil lipat simpan: PHP 750.0 sehari
  • Bayaran kolam renang: PHP 150 sehari

Senarai di atas mungkin tidak menyeluruh. Bayaran dan deposit mungkin tidak merangkumi cukai dan tertakluk kepada perubahan.

Anda akan diminta membayar caj-caj berikut di hartanah. Fi mungkin termasuk cukai yang berkenaan:

  • Fi pembersihan berbeza mengikut tempoh penginapan
  • Bayaran kolam renang: PHP 150 seorang, semalam
  • Deposit kerosakan sebanyak PHP 3000.00 perlu dibayar sebelum daftar masuk.
  • Deposit perlu dibayar menggunakan pindahan wang melalui bank dan perlu dijelaskan dalam masa 72 jam selepas membuat tempahan.

Kami telah menyertakan semua caj yang disediakan kepada kami oleh hartanah.

  • Bayaran tetamu tambahan mungkin dikenakan dan berbeza mengikut dasar hartanah
  • Pengenalan bergambar keluaran kerajaan dan kad kredit, kad debit atau deposit tunai mungkin diperlukan semasa daftar masuk untuk bayaran sampingan
  • Permintaan khas adalah tertakluk kepada ketersediaan semasa daftar masuk dan boleh dikenakan bayaran tambahan; permintaan khas tidak dapat dijamin
  • Tetamu mesti menghubungi hartanah ini lebih awal untuk menempah tempat letak kenderaan di tapak hartanah
  • Hartanah ini menerima kad kredit, kad debit dan wang tunai
  • Hos tidak menunjukkan sama ada terdapat pengesan karbon monoksida di hartanah atau tidak; pertimbangkan untuk membawa pengesan mudah alih semasa perjalanan
  • Hos tidak menunjukkan sama ada terdapat pengesan asap di hartanah atau tidak

Untuk membuat pengaturan daftar masuk, sila hubungi hartanah sekurang-kurangnya 72 jam sebelum ketibaan, menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan.Sebelum ketibaan, tetamu mesti melengkapkan pendaftaran dalam talian dengan hartanah melalui pautan selamat. Tetamu akan diminta untuk memberikan kepada hartanah salinan kad pengenalan bergambar keluaran kerajaan mereka sebelum ketibaan. Jika anda merancang untuk tiba selepas 18:00, sila hubungi hartanah lebih awal menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan.  Tetamu yang merancang untuk tiba di luar waktu daftar masuk biasa akan menerima e-mel yang mengandungi arahan daftar masuk dan kod akses. Kakitangan meja sambut tetamu akan menyambut tetamu ketika ketibaan di hartanah.

Total miss communication about the need to send forms & money to property. Arrived at check in time to find facilitator not available and despite proof of payment, Wotif confirmation, door code, netflix password .. after 3 hours of trying to sort (and missing our booked tour) we gave up and booked (short notice) somewhere else. They (the property) had my email, my whatsapp phone number, so I dont understand why direct communication was not done. My relictance was to send passport details to unknown property via email (no communication via Wotif until the week b4 arrival ... by then we had left NZ and had limited acess to internet). I also did not have passport details of other travellers (x2) they met me in Manila, as they are from a different city in NZ than me). I dont understand why you (as the property owner) cant pre-empt this by completing your part of the GAF and sending it to the checkin for us to complete our (passport) details upon arrival (Thats what security kept telling me .. if only they had the form with your signature, then our details could be added. Whatever, I dont feel your instructions were clear (I even checked with a friend of mine who is a lawyer, as to wether he thought the booking was legitimate ... as this WOTIF booking was not found by my app (I have had for more than 5 years) and the message from WOTIF was to consider it not legitamite. I am so dissaponted that this planned accommodation did not happen (& annoyed at the wasted time & money)

Although the room is clean , did not expect that the people who stays there is supposed to throw out the garbage , why ??? My recommendation for those who would stay in this place especially a family is a no , no please don’t , you’re going to be disappointed,
