Maybe not everyone’s preference but I love having tile floored rooms than carpets. Loveee this hotel. We stayed 5 nights and location is very convenient.

to this property! Located conveniently close to Makati dining, shopping and offices, this has become my go-to place to stay. The friendly and courteous were very helpful throughout, and we appreciated the upgrade. The suite was super comfortable and well-furnished, clean and modern. We look forward to coming back soon.

We stayed in the Barcelona Suite (With Tub): amazing studio, super functional, lots of storage, nice living space with balcony. The place was super clean and well decorated. We highly recommend staying at the Picasso for a weekend in Manila or a longer stay for work.

Overall stay was good. Service was excellent. I like the A La Carte buffet breakfast.
Issues I have is with the Pillows. They’re way too flat. TV is also not easy to navigate and requires logging in.
I’m on the 7th Floor and the AC in the corridor is dripping

Before Picasso became a boutique hotel, it was a run-down apartment called Blanco, and I saw the interior of the original building. Today, it still carries the same layout of each room. But nicely furnished.
It was an almost perfect stay, except for some hair strands left by the previous guest as souvenirs. Housekeeping must clean thoroughly.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint is I would not pay in advance for breakfast again as it is in the adjacent restaurant that only provides a limited menu when prepaid. Better off just to pay on site or go elsewhere for a full menu

Staff was very helpful and friendly. At first, I was given a room with a door that has security concerns, but the receptionist was kind enough to accomodate to my needs and gave me another room. The receptionist went above and beyond to provide me a room that I think was upgraded to what I originally booked for. The hotel is close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend hotel despite the mishap when I first checked in. Overall, the hotel is very quaint and modern.
