apartment itself and location were ideal, however as mentioned by previous reviews it would have been apprecaited for clarity of location of the apartment. The apartment is selarate to the initial address you see and pin point on map, this is later learnt in booking receipt. still, a fine location bu the river with some eateries near bu and walkable. nice, modern, clean apartment, safely situated in a residential block. a few amenities were faulty such as curtains that jave come away from their toggle due to being so high that it is inevitable on drawing them that they will come away, i fixed this with use of their ladder so to have a dark night. furthermore the kettle lid came apart upon pouring resulting in unwanyrd late night trip for balms and drying out some belongings - a more thorough inspection betwern changeover is needed. other than inexcusable broken amenities and misleading location, the apartment is ideal for wroclaw stay, close enough to POI and a quiet base to return to.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, standard rewelacja. Jedyny minus to malutki płyn do kąpieli, brak szamponu. Podane hasło do wifi jest nieprawidłowe ! Reszta super

One BIG complain. The position of the apartments is not clearly stated. Booked with hotels.com. On map it shows the reception, not the apartments. Our apartment (when we booked it mentioned the street which was different from reception street) was 13 minutes walk from reception. You have to be a detective to understand that the two adresses are different. Otherwise very beutiful apartment.

L'appartement est très bien équipé. 2 petits bémols, l'appartement n'est pas à l'adresse indiquée dans la réservation (c'est celle de l'agence) et il faut laisser une caution (chose que j'avais peur car personne n'a fait l'état des lieux avec nous avant et après notre séjour et il y avait des choses de cassées à notre arrivée). Mais au final tout c'est très bien passé

Hallo, waren sehr zufrieden. Der übergebene Zettel mit Zutritts- und WIFI Codes war nicht aktuell, aber per Telefon wurde alles schnell geklärt.

Hotellet hade bra avstånd från centrum. Det var ett lugnt och fint område och hotellpersonalen var mycket hjälpsamma. Minus för oss var heltäckande matta i rummet. Två av tre i familjen blev även biten av något men om det var något på rummet eller myggor vet vi inte. Betyg från oss på en skala 1- 5 är 3.

I have stayed in many hotels and flats so I have many to compare to. First problem was that the address on my confirmation data was not the place to check in. Ok, I thought, no problem, walk the 10 minutes with luggage to the other location. I get to the other location and the apartment is another 10 minute walk from the check in location, ok, annoyed but still trying to stay positive. I see that it's not where I was expecting to stay but we check it out anyway. The apartment seems nice and clean and there's a patio but that's where the positive ends. We're two guys traveling taking turns on the sofa bed but I notice the bedroom is ok, perfect for a couple, but the sofa bed looks broken. We spend some time trying to put it together and it's definitely not going to be comfortable. I would have preferred to have a regular sofa but this one is an interesting one that bows so if you lie down, your head and your feet end up much lower than your back. NOT GOOD! Next thing, WIFI does not work, or more accurately, does not exist. We check for a signal and my friend who is an IT specialist cannot find a signal nor a router. Then the TV freezes and does not want to change channels nor turn off. The receptionist was very friendly but obviously cannot do anything for us so we are left with no resolution for any of our problems. She tells us the only way to contact the manager is to email and now it's been a day and still no word from the manager. We moved to another hotel.
