Clean and comfortable

Ein grosses Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, bequemer Bettdecke. Das Frühstück war klein aber fein. Die Leute waren freundlich und ich würde wieder kommen, sollte ich mal wieder in der Stadt sein. Zudem ist es gut gelegen, wenn man sich im Zentrum bewegen will.

The hotel was very close to some nice places such as a little cafe on Jałowego, the Galeria mall, and the Rzeszów square. I could walk to these places in about 10-15 minutes. There are two bus stops on the property which was also very convenient. I actually didn’t need a car my whole time in Rzeszów. The little ice cream shop in the outlet mall next to the hotel was very nice, and the lady working there was very helpful. The staff was friendly and made checking in and out very easy. The room itself was very clean. I had no complaints about the room other than the AC. I informed the staff that I could hardly feel the air, and they said they would send someone to look at it. When I came back that evening, the air was blowing a lot stronger.

The location was great: 20 minutes to the centre. The room was bright & clean with most amenities. Coffee/ tea facilities and bottled water were a nice welcome. Breakfast was great: hot & cold items which were replaced efficiently. The breakfast room was tastefully decorated. We reported a blown bulb which was swiftly replaced. Highly recommended

Hotel only a few mins walk to Old Town. Breakfast quite basic. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Not good service

Spacious room and quiet surroundings. Easy walk to the town centre. Convenient parking and a simple but good breakfast.

Easy to access any public provisions

Good hotel and friendly staff. Short walking to all your needs. Traffic sound whole night, abit negative, but I can live with it

Friendly staff, clean room and tasty breakfast buffet. The only minor thing, in my room at least, was a lack of AC outlets for charging devices. There was one at the opposite side of the room from the bed.

A fine hotel for a few nights. The location is very good, near public transportation and the old town with many restaurants. I could work on a good desk, but there was a lack of power outlets near the desk and bed. Clean room, but there was no shower gel in the dispenser.

Close to everything

The check-in was problematic and took at least one hour. There were three rooms available in my price point and pursuant to my request for quiet. The first had a bad odor in the room, the second a bad odor in the bathroom. The third, where I wound up, was fine. The mattress was excellent; in-room amenities (hot water boiler and coffee, tea) were welcome additions, as was the bottled water provided. The cleaning staff was top-notch. The breakfast (and I guess also dinner) area was really nice; there was even the option of eating on the terrace. There could have been more on offer in the breakfast buffet, but I always found something to my liking. There were some communication problems - things spoken about to one desk clerk were incompletely communicated to the next, leading to a slight snafu at check-out. Which was quickly and graciously resolved. This hotel is super convenient to everything one might wish to do in Rzeszow and I would stay here again.
