Hotel ZOO

Nice hotel, lovely clean room.

This was third time we used this hotel, and the last one. Hotel/hostel is placed in convenient location, easy access to the center and peaceful enough. Convenient, cheap market underneath the hotel. I can’t remember from previous visits but there’s no beverages supplied, though we had two cups and a kettle. Not once in 5 days anyone came to check rubbish, towels, general tiding. No parking space available on arrival, we were told to hunt for it next day, no option to buy it today for the next day. I went to check out, as we needed parking, and miraculously there were two to be sold to the next guests!!! Lucky it was two spaces, otherwise I wouldn’t get any again. No internet, reported next day, we were told to wait for the engineer. We let them come in while we were away. One of the keys, we had to pay deposit for the second key, stopped working. Fixed. Staff members aren’t acknowledging anyone. They barely answer when guests say hello. This hotel was a bit cheaper than posh hotel in the centre. For this price I really would expect better service.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata non corrispondeva alla tipologia di quelle che avevamo prenotato. Era una camera speciale per invalidi. Il bagno era tutto predisposto per chi è su una sedia a rotelle e abbiamo avuto non poche difficoltà. La doccia completamente aperta allagava tutto il bagno ogni volta. Il lavandino basso e lo specchio inutile.La colazione poco varia e scarsa . Il personale della reception molto poco disponibile. Neppure salutava all' entrata o all' uscita dei clienti

Bodde der for andre gang. Første gang mistrivdes jeg men nå trivdes jeg faktisk der. Eneste minuset var avstanden til sentrum. Litt for langt unna. Men kan trygt anbefales.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great to get to downtown by tram. Quiet and great to park room was spacious with terrace

This is a true gem! I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff; beautiful, updated, big rooms; convenient location; close to public transportation; grocery store next door; quiet. Complete steal for the price!

Lovely , clean hotel highly recommended. We definitely come back but we would like to see some milk in the room for coffee and easier access to the WiFi password .

Wir hatten in dieser Unterkunft für 22 € übernachtet im Doppelzimmer. Was kann man da erwarten? Ich bin mit einem etwas unsicheren gefühlt dorthin gefahren denn 22 € wo gibt es das heute noch für ein Hotel für ein Doppelzimmer. Überraschender Weise musste ich doch vorstellen, dass alles recht sauber war. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß. Wir hatten eins mit Balkon die Rezeption war sauber, das Zimmer war sauber. Das einzige ist es gibt nur ein Handtuch für jede Person kein Handtuch, das man auf den Boden legen könnte, auf Nachfrage. Bei der Rezeption haben wir auch kein weiteres bekommen. Das finde ich nicht so gut! Des Weiteren hatten wir ein Behinderten Zimmer darauf sollten Sie achten. Dort gibt es kein Duschvorhang und nichts nach dem duschen steht das ganze Bad unter Wasser. Die Betten sind bequem es gibt jeweils immer für jede Person zwei Kissen. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Wir haben ein Ticket für zehn Zloty am Automaten gelöst. Am nächsten Tag stand ein Mann und fotografierte den Wagen, und er meinte, es fehlt ein Zettel vom Hotel, aber alles in Ordnung. Ansonsten verlangt das Hotel glaube ich 40 Zl. zum parken. Was ich unbedingt als notwendige achte ist das jeweils noch ein Handtuch für jeden Gast zugegeben wird. Frühstück, so habe ich gesehen kostet pro Person zehn Euro. Wir haben es aber nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Abendessen im Hotel ist sehr asiatisch und von unterer Qualität. man kann es essen, weil ansonsten ist der Weg mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel lang

Room and hotel were great. They should do something with TV which doesn't have any decent channels but except of that all was great.

One overnight before going to the zoo. Good value for your money. I would just comment one thing, The parking is shared with the Biedeonka that is at the. Ack ground door of the hotel so basically is public with a charge of zł40 24hrs. I would suggest two items, -Mark perfectly well which are the parking slots for the hotel as at night and with not much of the public illumination is clear to see if the parking slot belongs to the hotel or to Biedronka. -Breakfast the breakfast area is extremely small so better be early bird to breakfast no to clash with majority of people going at the same time. Also on the same breakfast subject, would Elbe great adding fruit to the buffet option as no fruit was offered. Thank you and see you next time !

Parken auf öffentlichem Parkplatz (man kann dafür im Hotel ein Ticket holen (40 PLN pro Tag ) um nicht den regulären Preis von 10 PLN pro Stunde zu zahlen Laken hatte leider mehrere Flecken, der Sessel ebenfalls. Auf Nachfrage nach einem neuen Laken wurde uns gesagt, dies sei nicht möglich. Das war sehr schade, ich hätte es auch selbst gewechselt. Der Rest war sauber und das Zimmerdesign ansprechend. Frühstück (37 PLN) war klein aber in Ordnung und wurde häufig wieder aufgefüllt. Für einen Zoobesuch ist die Lage optimal und der Preis unschlagbar ;)

It's all about the staff, isn't it? Well, I stayed at this hotel for 7 full nights, and let me tell you, every single person on staff that week was amiable and helpful. I felt taken care of all week. The hotel was beautiful and all features in the clean, well-designed, comfortable, and spacious room were perfectly functional. I'm not an easy tourist to please. I called the receptionists several times daily, asking for information and for tasks to be performed (Call a taxi for me! on this date at this time! Give me a replacement key when I locked myself out of the room! Explain to me how the power supply to the room is controlled by my room key! Why doesn't the towel heater attached to the bathroom wall do anything when I activate it? ). And so on. I kept them busy all week. But the entire staff was always so kind, so patient with me, and so helpful, what more could a traveler want?

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen.

Dette her var elendig e greier. Vantrivdes fra ankomst til avreise. Sure folk i resepsjonen og når jeg kom opp på rommet mitt så det ut som en byggeplass. Tydeligvis ikke blitt ferdig med å restaurere taket på rommet. Forstår ikke at dem kan leie det ut i den stand. Og hotellet lå langt ifra sentrum. Alt i alt meget skuffet og dette frister ikke til gjentagelse!

Besonders hat mir das sehr schöne und gepflegte Bad gefallen.
