good clean large apartment located close to old town and transport the breakfast were very basic the second breakfast left on doorstep all day they were to deliver the night before but did not no microwave could do well if supplied a drier to go with washing machine even if there was a charge as can not dry washing had to go to there head office for checkin which address wasnot listed when booking

En IKEA møbleret lejlighed med masser af fejl og mangler kan man ikke kalde for luksuslejlighed. Check in tog over en time, for man skal vente på en medarbejder, der kommer med nøglen. Flænsede håndklæder, ingen ekstra puder, en alt for hård seng, støjende naboer, toilet der løb, kun en teske i skuffen, en enkel skraldepose til hele opholdet, lamper der enten manglede eller var i stykker og lunkent vand i bruseren er, hvad der ventede os i denne lejlighed, der ellers er fint placeret tæt på bandegård og centrum. Ikke lige just det, man finder på de fine billeder på nettet. Der bliver opkrævet ekstra gebyr op 95 PLN samt yderligere 25% af hele beløbet til service. Hvilken service spørger jeg så??? Hvad får man for de penge?

The appartment's great. It's clean and well presented as well as having good and fully working amenities. The breakfast coming at 8am suited us and it was nice enough. The only negative was the bed which wasn't that comfortable and creaked loudly with the slightest movement which consistently woke up our baby. It is a great appartment for the price though.

Pomomo dokonania całkowitej opłaty poprzez serwis HOTELS.COM hotel dolicza sobie ponad 50% dodatkowych opłat na miejscu. I to pomimo statustu rezerwacji "W całości opłacona". Możecie być więc zaskoczeni końcową ceną pokoju. Następna sprawa to pomimo zarezerwowania apartamentu z bezpłatnym miejscem parkingowym i takim statusie w rezerwacji "bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe" hotel próbował wymusić na nas dodatkową opłatę 2 x 45 zł za dobę parkingu ponoć darmowego. Dopiero po interwencji na infolinii hotels.com okazało się, iż są jednak bezpłatne miejsca. Oczywiście wszystko jest tłumaczone nowymi przepisami hotels.com ??? .....
Apartament przypominał tanią wystawę z IKEI, skrzypiące łóżka, licha część kuchenna, niedorobiona łazienka. W łązience TYLKO dwa ręczniki, co przy pobycie dwudniowym jest raczej rzeczą niewystarczającą. Oczywiście pada z ust osoby meldującej na kótrą notabene trzeba było czekać prawie godzinę, iż wszystko można dowieźć. To jednak oznacza znowu siedzenie w pokoju w oczekiwaniu na dostarczenie brakujących podstawowych rzeczy i tracenie czasu który można poświęcić innym aktywnościom. Jednym słowem NIE POLECAM. OMIJAĆ SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM.
To nasza pierwsza negatywna opinia o hotelu pomimo zarezerwowania już kilkudziesięciu noclegów na hotels.com

I booked this apartment for two employees of mine, mainly because of its convenient location, near the train station. However, they told me that, when they got there, there was nobody to receive them and give them keys to enter the apartment. They called the phone number listed on their reservation and, fortunately, got to speak with someone who, 40 minutes later, arrived to take them to the apartment. Next day, during check out, the same person charged them a cleaning fee of PLN 148.00—there was no mention of it whatsoever in the booking that I made! Furthermore, I had prepaid this booking. It was written right there: "Your booking is guaranteed and all paid for." In sum, the total lack of service and the surprise cleaning fee make this a terrible accommodation option in Krakow. My employees would not recommend it. I will not book it again.

The apartments are located a walking distance from Krakow's city centre. We were welcome by a very nice agent who showed us the apartment and the car park, which is located in a special area at a public car park under the apartment. Very safe environment and amazing and modern design of the apartment. Highly recommend.

A lovely apartment. Fits the name luxury. But no reception on site. We were not aware that you had to notify Amstra half hour before we arrived at apartment. We arrived late and had to wait for a person to come with key. All staff we met were extremely helpful. One big problem was that apartment was right beside train line and trains rattled by at regular (every few minutes) As air conditioning was stuck we couldn't lower it We tried to leave a window pen but couldn't sleep with noise from trains but luckily we found a fan so used it. THen on last day we booked out at 11 am Our flight was at 9 p m but there was nowhere at apartment to store bag. THere is a railway station nearby and we left them there for a very small fee. Just one other thing. Breakfast is delivered at 8. 30. You have to get up and be dressed ready to take it from delivery person. The breakfasts come in this big box and has lots of food but we didn't like much of what was in it and a lot was wasted. I would suggest a form where guests could choose. I don't think many Irish people like a big salad bagel for breakfast. This was a super apartment decorated beautifully in a super location and at a super price so even though I have faults to find we still enjoyed our stay there.

Das Appartment war zunächst nicht auffindbar ( keine Beschilderung ). Es gibt keine Rezeption zum Check In. Man muss eine Telefnummer wählen um den Schlüssel nach 25 Minuten zu erhalten. Dieser Hinweis geht nur auf polnischer Sprache per mail zu. Der Herr mit Schlüssel sagte das ich noch nicht bezahlt habe. Ein Anruf bei expedia und die Sache wurde von der expedia Dame geklärt. Das Appartment hat eine sehr schlechte Ausstattung. Für gebuchte drei Nächte, lediglich 1 Handtuch per Person. In der Küche gab es nur 1Glas, dafür aber 2 Schnapsgläser :-). Es fehlt generell an Küchenutensilien, es gab einen Suppenteller, dafür aber 3 flache Teller, ein Geschirrhandtuch um die Sachen zu spülen ist Fehlanzeige. Kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Sitzmöglichkeit sind 4 Barhocker, diese brechen bei 75Kg Körpergewicht zusammen. Der Balkon hat keine Möbilierung, also setzt man sich auf den Boden oder nimmt den Barhocker aus der Küche. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Bett, es gibt keine Nachttischlampen oder ähnliches, so muss man das Licht ausschalten und im Dunkeln dann zum Bett gehen. Nie , nie wieder !!!

Arrival procedure is not specific enough, there should have been a more specific meeting point, and the attendant was late in showing up.
The apartment is very short on kitchen utensils, only one glass etc.
One towel per person per stay is not good enough, no hand-towels.
The apartment was equipped with one half roll of toilet paper.
The worst thing was the seating in the living room, two sofa-beds with poor comfort, no chairs at all.
The sofabeds was squeeking over each minor movement, not easy to get a good nights sleep on this.
One of the sofa-beds should be replaced with a real sofa or a couple of chairs with some comfort.
I expected more from "Luxury Apartments"

Appartement spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé.
L'emplacement est idéal, juste au dessus d'un supermarché avec des produits de qualité et des horaires étendus. Un grand centre commercial se situe à 5 min à pied et le centre historique à moins de 10 min.
Après un coup de fil et une attente de moins de 10 min, nous avons reçu les clés et les instructions.
Je retournerai dans cet appartement la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Cracovie.

There is no hotel office, so you have to phone 30mins in advance and wait for someone to meet you with keys. Our flight the day before was cancelled and when we called they initially said outlets reservation was cancelled despite that I had called hotels.com to tell them we would arrive a day late and were told it would be okay. They did not refund or discount the missed first day. The parking garage is locked and we were unable to get out in the morning without a security guard as the remote didn't work before a certain time. They did not tell us about that and it drained 30 mins of time trying to find someone to let us out en route to the airport. It was also confusing as to where to drop the key. They sounded irritated when we called to ask for help with the garage, so we had to figure it out for ourselves. The location is close to downtown and the place is very modern, bright, clean and a good size.

very bad experience. car parking should be free as mentioned in hotels.com but I was charged 90PLN. it is unreasonable. no hairdryer in apartment. upon my repeaed requests, they spent 12 hours to send a hairdryer to me at midnight. very disturbing.

Difficult to find and not easy to get keys....no reception, no identification (signs), just an address and timing for keys. Person was not there in time, we had to contact him by begging someone to use their phone. Stressful experience.

The apartments are located a walking distance from Krakow's city centre. We were welcome by a very nice agent who showed us the apartment and the car park, which is located in a special area at a public car park under the apartment. Very safe environment and amazing and modern design of the apartment. Highly recommend.

A lovely apartment. Fits the name luxury. But no reception on site. We were not aware that you had to notify Amstra half hour before we arrived at apartment. We arrived late and had to wait for a person to come with key. All staff we met were extremely helpful. One big problem was that apartment was right beside train line and trains rattled by at regular (every few minutes) As air conditioning was stuck we couldn't lower it We tried to leave a window pen but couldn't sleep with noise from trains but luckily we found a fan so used it. THen on last day we booked out at 11 am Our flight was at 9 p m but there was nowhere at apartment to store bag. THere is a railway station nearby and we left them there for a very small fee. Just one other thing. Breakfast is delivered at 8. 30. You have to get up and be dressed ready to take it from delivery person. The breakfasts come in this big box and has lots of food but we didn't like much of what was in it and a lot was wasted. I would suggest a form where guests could choose. I don't think many Irish people like a big salad bagel for breakfast. This was a super apartment decorated beautifully in a super location and at a super price so even though I have faults to find we still enjoyed our stay there.

Das Appartment war zunächst nicht auffindbar ( keine Beschilderung ). Es gibt keine Rezeption zum Check In. Man muss eine Telefnummer wählen um den Schlüssel nach 25 Minuten zu erhalten. Dieser Hinweis geht nur auf polnischer Sprache per mail zu. Der Herr mit Schlüssel sagte das ich noch nicht bezahlt habe. Ein Anruf bei expedia und die Sache wurde von der expedia Dame geklärt. Das Appartment hat eine sehr schlechte Ausstattung. Für gebuchte drei Nächte, lediglich 1 Handtuch per Person. In der Küche gab es nur 1Glas, dafür aber 2 Schnapsgläser :-). Es fehlt generell an Küchenutensilien, es gab einen Suppenteller, dafür aber 3 flache Teller, ein Geschirrhandtuch um die Sachen zu spülen ist Fehlanzeige. Kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Sitzmöglichkeit sind 4 Barhocker, diese brechen bei 75Kg Körpergewicht zusammen. Der Balkon hat keine Möbilierung, also setzt man sich auf den Boden oder nimmt den Barhocker aus der Küche. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Bett, es gibt keine Nachttischlampen oder ähnliches, so muss man das Licht ausschalten und im Dunkeln dann zum Bett gehen. Arrival procedure is not specific enough, there should have been a more specific meeting point, and the attendant was late in showing up.
The apartment is very short on kitchen utensils, only one glass etc.
One towel per person per stay is not good enough, no hand-towels.
The apartment was equipped with one half roll of toilet paper.
The worst thing was the seating in the living room, two sofa-beds with poor comfort, no chairs at all.
The sofabeds was squeeking over each minor movement, not easy to get a good nights sleep on this.
One of the sofa-beds should be replaced with a real sofa or a couple of chairs with some comfort.
I expected more from "Luxury Apartments"

Appartement spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé.
L'emplacement est idéal, juste au dessus d'un supermarché avec des produits de qualité et des horaires étendus. Un grand centre commercial se situe à 5 min à pied et le centre historique à moins de 10 min.
Après un coup de fil et une attente de moins de 10 min, nous avons reçu les clés et les instructions.
Je retournerai dans cet appartement la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Cracovie.

There is no hotel office, so you have to phone 30mins in advance and wait for someone to meet you with keys. Our flight the day before was cancelled and when we called they initially said outlets reservation was cancelled despite that I had called hotels.com to tell them we would arrive a day late and were told it would be okay. They did not refund or discount the missed first day. The parking garage is locked and we were unable to get out in the morning without a security guard as the remote didn't work before a certain time. They did not tell us about that and it drained 30 mins of time trying to find someone to let us out en route to the airport. It was also confusing as to where to drop the key. They sounded irritated when we called to ask for help with the garage, so we had to figure it out for ourselves. The location is close to downtown and the place is very modern, bright, clean and a good size.

very bad experience. car parking should be free as mentioned in hotels.com but I was charged 90PLN. it is unreasonable. no hairdryer in apartment. upon my repeaed requests, they spent 12 hours to send a hairdryer to me at midnight. very disturbing.

Difficult to find and not easy to get keys....no reception, no identification (signs), just an address and timing for keys. Person was not there in time, we had to contact him by begging someone to use their phone. Stressful experience.
