The room was really clean and staff was very nice and friendly the hotel has a lot to offer and taxi rides to the mall and restaurants were very close, the hotel is in a really nice spot so you can get to everything you need either by taxi or walking.

Im Zimmer hatte es ständig einen komischen Geruch, es war nicht wirklich sauber und die Dusche brauchte ewig bis sie warm wurde, was ich mir schon von einem Radisson erwarte. Das Personal hingegen war extrem freundlich und die Lage ist auch sehr gut.

It’s 2:30 in the morning, and I’m wide awake at the Radisson Hotel because of this relentless boom-boom-boom of loud music. I actually went down to complain, only to find there’s a big party happening right in the lobby. I need to leave for the airport at 4 a.m., and it’s just unbelievable that this kind of noise is allowed in a hotel where I specifically asked for a quiet room.

I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service - from the front desk staff (a big thank you to Marton!) to the room service staff. It’s rare that I have found employees so willing to deliver such amazing customer service with the effort to resolve any issues. Well done. Just a few things that were not as great were the rooms themselves. I had to change rooms several times due to the a/c not working as well as a window that was not sound proof. The hotel is located at an extremely loud and busy intersection so soundproofing is a must. The restaurant staff and food were only average and quite expensive given the portion size. Our group had a buffet dinner and it was cold. The breakfast buffet staff was also unfriendly and could not speak English, making requests difficult. Food also ran out and was not replenished even after trying to ask several times. But overall, a great place to stay. Super clean and way better than most hotels out there.

The Radisson Blu Sobieski is a lovely hotel! A great location with a broad range of dining options nearby & walking distance from the main railway station. If you choose there is a tramstop nearby too. Rooms are well appointed & there is good on site dining. Reception staff are friendly & helpful.
