The room was generally clean, as many others have mentioned. However, several flies—likely due to the season—were found dead by the window, and the shower area had dark stains along the wall joint, so I can't say it was excellent. The worst part was the customer service. The front desk was hard to find—located in a room to the right of the entrance, with no signage and the door closed. At the very least, there should be a "Reception" sign and the door should be left open. Upon arrival, there was no greeting. The staff member sat in the dark staring at a screen. No "welcome" or hospitality—it didn’t feel like a hotel at all. It seemed they manage multiple properties online, and there was no in-person service. Towels and trash collection were only done after we asked repeatedly. Though the initial chat reply was fast, nothing was done. At the front desk, the staff denied knowing about it and claimed there was no handover. We also ran out of toilet paper. Shockingly, our first request was refused. Only after explaining the number of guests and nights did they agree to provide more—but we had to go pick it up ourselves. The sofa bed was also poor: thin mattress, loud creaking, and not suitable for sleeping. A better-quality bed is needed. Other facilities and amenities were okay. In summary, while the room was clean, the service was unacceptable. This felt more like an unmanaged Airbnb, not a hotel, and should not be listed as such.

Very comfortable room and location convenient to the train

I had an absolutely magnificent time. My stay was relaxed and comfortable. It’s very convenient when everything is very close and walkable distances. The room was soooo clean; the property was well maintained. The staff was prompt, friendly and super informative. I had a few issues entering the building when i arrived but staff was helpful. They answered my questions promptly and reassured me. There isn’t an elevator but it did not bother me at all. It’s all part of the experience. The shower had the most amazing water pressure so after a long day of walking and exploring, it was great. Thank you to the staff for their incredible service. I will come back!

Location and conditions of the place

Lovely 3 night stay. Walking distance to the main square but far enough out to be quiet. Clean and spacious and loved the high ceilings. TV was poor, no English speaking channels or music for background noise.

Lovely apartment in a great location next to the station. 25 minute walk to the Old Town which we didn’t mind. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again if we visit Krakow again.

Very clean apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Topolowa Residence. The room was spacious and a nice place to spend our time when not exploring the city. Everything was clean as described and the location is perfect to walk into the centre of the Old Town.

Good accommodation, comfortable and clean. Slightly out of the main tourist area but only about a 15-20 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn’t realise on booking was that this accommodation is not serviced during your stay. Although extra pillows and towels were found in the wardrobe. Overall extremely good value for money

Wow, what a great place. I don't imagine all apartments are the exact same but I stayed in 311 and it was absolutely lovely. The space was huge, ample storage room, a whole kitchen attached which I wasn't expecting and a perfect location for the train station and close enough to get to the Old Town Square in 20 minutes walk or less. I walked around town the entire time and never used public transport so this was accessible for those on foot. A really quiet area and great for the price. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting Krakow.

Impressive and large property. Well equipped and clean throughout. Staff were lovely.

Hotel had a decent location, walking distance to the train station and old town. It is very clean and spacious, but there is no cleaning service, so you have to maintain the room yourself. The walls are paper thin, which was quite annoying, as the electronic locks on the doors could be heard from the other rooms whenever other guests came home in the middle of the night. Overall, pretty nice hotel and very clean, easy check in and check out, good location, but few services and amenities and paper thin walls.

No hot water is coming out during night time. The reason is because they use a big tank, which they boil everyday. So, if the tank with hot water is empty, no water is coming out anymore. In my case, I took a shower with ice-cold water at first and gave up.

3 våningar med många trappor utan hiss. Krångligt att komma in. Fixade inte TV,n Kom in folk mitt i natten på mitt rum. Alltså koderna fungerade inte. Dålig info om besöksmål och transporter. Trevlig vindsvåning och hyfsat nära stationen och gamla stan.

Lovely property to stay in. Very clean and lots of extra towels and bedding. The apartment smelt so fragrant and fresh. Large shower and plenty of toilet roll, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Doors automatically locked so felt very safe. Easy to order Deliveroo meals and get Uber taxis etc. About a fifteen minute lovely walk from the Old Town.

Room was everything we needed spacious, clean and good size. We were on 3rd floor and we knew when booking there is no lift. Clear instructions for check in nice 15 minutes walk to main square Only thing is walls are thin and we could hear people in next room snoring. But would stay again
