The Tryst Beachfront Hotel

We had a oceanview but the curtains was broked The Wifi was out the whole 4 days of our stay they said it we be fixed since day 1and nothing happened alao tho bathroom dirty with no hot water.Food expensive and terrible taste. BRING CASH JUST CASE IF THEY INTERNET I thought it was a family friendly place but it was more disigned for LGBTQIA community.

La chambre était propre et tous les inclus nécessaires de bases. Chambre vie mer est petite, mais confortable. Excellent service autant à l'hôtel qu'au bar et restaurant. Excellent drinks et tous les plats commandés étaient délicieux. Hôtel majoritairement pour adulte, moins adapté pour les enfants. Super ambiance sur place!

Literally the best hotel in San Juan. The staff is so friendly and helpful with everything from check in, to current events happening at the hotel, room accommodations, and provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. Plus, the location is literally perfect, with the beach steps away from the room, and easy to get to major tourist spots such as Old San Juan, and access to many amazing restaurants - I can't recommend this hotel enough. Also, I appreciate the staff allowing me to practice my Spanish here as well, and I will definitely return to the Tryst. I appreciate everyone here making San Juan a home away from home, 100%!

Great location - beachfront with open air bar, good cocktails and some of the better food in the area! Rooms are small but clean & comfortable.

I had the best time staying here Stephanie was one of the bartenders she was so lovely also Angel is super awesome the whole staff was wonderful and the food at the bar was delicious. I am definitely coming back and staying here..Thank you Tryst employees!

The staff was incredible friendly and definitely that was the highlight of my stay!!! (Specially front desk!). The Hotel is perfectly located in Condado plus the beach access is great, but the room was terrible: noisy (right on top of the bar), poorly maintained (stains on the carpet, floor), AC dirty, I showered with flip flops bc I felt the shower was not clean too, no hot water…

Tryst was definitely an experience. We made the mistake of getting there way to early. They said that they would let us know when the maids got in and that he would have them clean our room first. Didn't happen. We sat there and they forgot about us. We asked he said oh well no we won't be able to give you your room till 4:00. If we had known that we would have went and done something. We were very tired after being on a cruise. We decided to go to their bar. It was Sunday and they have a big Drag Brunch Show. They were all full for the show, but we were sitting at the bar so we got to watch. It was pretty fun. They were great. We couldn't eat anything because we had already bought a bottle service for Jameson. They would charge an extra $45 or more to have the brunch part. It does include mimosas. There are quit a few restaurants in the area with good food so we just went out to eat. This beach is a loggerhead turtle breading ground. Check to see if there are any sighted because I am sure thst they clear the beach. The ocean has a rip tide. They have warnings posted to not swim. A lot of alternative stuff going on. I would suggest this hotel for a younger more openminded set of people. I didn't have a problem, but lets say it is very LGBTQ+ friendly. At 4:00, we went and our room was ready. The room was nice, except they left old food in the fridge. The next morning we took cold showers. Not fun at all. Just a few issues that they could fix.

U could walk to the beach they had staff for beach chairs and towels!! The view was stunning...We loved it!
