My girlfriend and me stayed in the Nest Kimi from the 6th until the 9th of August. We loved viewing the skyline of the city centre from our relaxing balcony. We had a spacious room and i can now say you also had the best mosquito net. Especially the net is very important to people coming from overseas to protect themselves against deadly mosquitoes. We’re glad to have chosen this hotel. Our spacious bedroom and bathroom made us arriving and staying in peace while in Kigali. Your welcoming and warm hearted friendly staff made us even more like the place. More particularly we get along really well with Janvier Masisi. His open and kind-hearted attitude impressed us and we could ask him whatever we want, he took great care of us and we even did a trip to the Eastern Province together we will never forget. We also reached Lake Muhazi that day and had a beautiful sunset dinner there together. The healthy and delicious breakfast made us even more satisfied and was among the best we had so far here on our East Africa trip. Offering laundry service for free is part of a good customer care and shows again that your interested in providing your guests a good stay. All in all your calm and peaceful atmosphere made me recommend your hotel to other friends as well. We also enjoyed our walk from the Nest to the city centre and the area you're located in has good lunch and dinner places to check out too.

The decoration of the hotel very artistic, unique and it captured the African spirit. Breatfast buffet was amazing. The workers are kind and welcoming. The location is great because it it close to several restaurants, gifts shops etc... This place is excellent

Overall a good stay at the OMX. A few drawbacks; one the walls are thin and we can hear everything. It was difficult for us to fall asleep at night because there was always someone talking on the phone outside, and we could hear the alarm clock from the room next door in the morning. Also, you need to ask for the water heater to be turned on. If you don’t, there will be hardly any hot water.

The Nest Kimi is a good place if you are a backpacker or other independent traveler looking for a place in central Kigali. Kimihurura is a lovely neighborhood - mostly residential with some fun and nice restaurants and smaller shops close by. The Nest is much more of a guest house than a business hotel so I wound up doing more of my work stuff off site. Definitely felt safe.

Very good place to stay before and after arriving at the airport. The front desk staff, Keith and Liliana, were more than helpful. The breakfast is good and plentiful. Rooms and public areas were kept clean. No internet issues. Easy to walk to restaurants and as a single woman, I felt quite safe.

I had an amazing time at the hotel. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the last day of our stay, I really enjoyed myself. The staff members were absolutely friendly and helpful and always helped in case I needed something or had a question regarding multiple things.
