Let me start with a positive. The location of the hotel in proximity to the Haram is unparalleled. I traveled with my elderly mother and I wanted to make sure we got something close. It is hands-down the best location. It is definitely worth paying a little more and getting a room with a Haram view. The hotel itself is outdated. We opted to buy the breakfast package and was very disappointed. There are plenty of places to eat around and I would not recommend buying the breakfast package. The club lounge is also a waste of money. The staff at the hotel was friendly but do not expect anyone to go above and beyond.

Wonderful helpful and professional staff. From the beginning till the end everyone's aim is to make your stay exceptional.

Literally a few steps to the masjid, good breakfast plenty to chose from buffet, would I stay again ? Absolutely yes

it was so close to Haram, but the rooms and toilets could be better because it's too old

The best Hotel Properties in Makkah...I been there 2 times in the past 3 years and totally recommend Dar Al-Tawhid Intercontinental to anyone visiting the holy place. Staff amazing and Location is perfect. I spoke with Mr. Ahmad Al Mukhtar (One of the Hotel senior staff) he was exceptionally Knowledgeable and Polite.

The property needs men tenants it’s getting old they need to update I just came from there and checked in December 16 come on December 21 and the price is too high

The hotel is conveniently located near Door 74 of the Haram, just a few steps away, making it less than a 3-minute walk. Additionally, the lifts are fast and private, offering a much smoother experience compared to the crowded lifts in the Clock Tower.

The staff is so friendly and food is good and location is convenient

This hotel is literally 2 minutes walk to Masjid al Haram. You walk down the hotel steps and you're on the white tiles. They also have their own prayer room. Hotel speaker connected to Masjid al Haram. The hotel is very luxurious. The staff are very polite. The breakfast buffet is the best. Would definitely go back

Excellent staff, very courteous. Closest hotel to Haram. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended. Itehad at the breakfast buffet provided excellent service.

Excellent staff. Manger Abdul Aziz was helpful we stayed extra night allotted a bigger room when there was a problem in our room. Ladies at breakfast Faatin and Nooura were friendly. Always will like to stay at this place

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay when going for Umrah. The haram view was fabulous and amazing.
