Mena Hotel Tabuk

Overall, this hotel is good and reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The staff are very sincere, kind, and respectful — and I truly appreciate that. My review is meant to help them improve, because I believe they are trying their best. The main challenge I experienced was communication. Very few staff members speak English, so even simple requests were difficult. For example, I ran out of toilet paper, tried to explain it, and even showed the empty roll, but nothing was delivered. Cleanliness also needs attention. The carpet in our room had many noticeable spots, which I didn’t expect for a hotel of this level. There was also a black stain inside the refrigerator. We reported it, and although they offered to switch our room, nobody followed up and the refrigerator was never cleaned even after we requested it. Despite these issues, the people are respectful and polite, and the overall stay was still okay. With better communication support for guests and improvements in room cleanliness, this hotel can become an excellent choice for travelers.

It advertises a shuttle to and from the airport, but that is not a reality. You will have to pay for an Uber.

직원들이 아주 친절하고 좋았어요. 객실 상태도 매우 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 매일 룸서비스도 잘 되고 요청사항을 모두 수용해주었습니다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운 점은 야간에 샤워할 때 따뜻한 물이 안나오는 경우가 있습니다.

Clean, welcoming and comfy. The staff at Mena Hotel Tabuk took great care of us, including extra towels and even checking in to see if we needed anything else. I loved that our room actually had some room, including a comfy chair and a place to put a suitcase. We had one early morning, and I was thankful that when they said breakfast starts at 6:00 it really was open and ready for me to eat at 6:00. One area that they could improve is breakfast offerings. I'd love to see an omelet station next time, and maybe a cappuccino machine instead of only offering "American" coffee. But there was plenty of food to start the day with a full stomach, and the fresh fruit was wonderful.

Ausgezeichnetes Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung. Viele Ausländer übernachten hier, wohl weil gut Englisch gesprochen wird und zur Verpflegung auch westliche Gerichte angeboten werden.

Truly awful restaurant, don’t go and nothing locally so bring food with you!!!

We had 3 nights stay at he hotel and very satisfied with the entire experience, service was very good, room specious, clean and had all needed amenities. Breakfast was great as well.

Nice and comfortable

The staff at check in were welcoming and very helpfull. Was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a junior suite...very spacious and clean, great bed had a good sleep. Would have no problem having a return visit to the hotel next time I'm in Tabuk.

Nice, up-to-date hotel. Room is very spacious. Firm bed and pillows. Dinner and breakfast are OK. Parking on street.
