L'Escale Resort Marina and Spa

Beautiful property, but the area is decrepit. The hotel closed the pool area on both days I was there, once for construction and once for a special event. No concern for paying guests.

De överraskade min fru som fyllde år dagen för vår incheckning och var verkligen måna om att vi hade den bästa dagen där på hennes födelsedag! Superfint hotellrum (oceanview) med härlig balkong och ett enastående badrum med takdusch och havsutsikt. Maten på middagen var över förväntan. Båda våra förrätter och varmrätter var magiskt goda!

Accueil très sommaire. Pas de boisson de bienvenue ou de lingettes rafraîchissantes, bruyant, restaurant très limitée, trop cher et mauvaise qualités de aliments (par exemple la carte annonce des pâtes fraîches aux fruits de mer mais j'ai reçu un plat de spaghetti industriel avec 1 crevette, 2 petits bouts de calamar et 3 morceaux de poisson congelé. J'ai attendu 45min sur ce plat alors que le restaurant était presque vide.

Property was amazing with super friendly staff who looked after the family extremely well. Our daughter had her 4th birthday whilst staying and the staff made her a cake and even went out of their way to get her a present and card. Super friendly staff who went above and beyond in everything they did.

Slow staff service , limited dinning options , and no direct beach access which is the main attraction for staring at any hotel or resort in Seychelles

Beautiful property and pool. Staffing was a bit hit and miss. The waitress at lunch didn’t want to be there and didn’t seem to care that the vegetarian dish at lunch had meat in it. Seafood curry was delicious. Pool bar seemed to never be staffed and you had to go to main reception to get service. Lots of potential but wouldn’t be rushing back.

The resort was very modern and clean with a pool on the premises. Service in general was slow, it took at least half an hour to order drinks from the pool bar and dinner took over 2 hours for 2 courses to be served which was frustrating as we were told the hotel wasn’t full.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at L'Escale Resort Marina & Spa on Mahé for a week, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the staff, who quickly became like family. I still get a little teary-eyed thinking about the lovely time I had and the sad moment when I had to leave. The resort itself is gorgeously well-maintained and exceptionally clean. The tropical garden is a true highlight, filled with frangipani and passion flowers that create a serene and picturesque environment. L'Escale has two beautiful pools with amazing views, perfect for relaxation. The spa offers a wide range of options, and I found the massage to be incredibly relaxing. My room had a wonderful fragrance that made me feel safe and comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy, ensuring a restful sleep each night. One of the best parts of my stay was having breakfast with the stunning view of the marina bay. The food at the resort was exceptional, with many local options and plenty of fresh coconuts each day. My favorite breakfast items were the French crepe and the big plate of fresh fruits, especially the passion fruit. The general manager and the entire team clearly take great pride in their work, paying attention to every detail to ensure a perfect stay for their guests. Although the resort doesn't have a beach, the stunning tropical garden more than makes up for it. Thank you for this amazing experience!

L’scale Marina and Resort was a wonderful understated property just across from Eden Island in Mahe. Though apparently the property is over 3 yrs old, it feels as if it’s brand new. It is a small boutique resort on the marina, with a pool, resturant, and lovely spa. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Very quiet and in walking distance of small mall on Eden Island. Highly recommend,

Super schönes Hotel, unglaublich schlechter Service! Unglaublich! Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich wunderschön, alles fein. Die Mitarbeiter aber eine einzige Katastrophe! So etwas ist mir noch nicht einmal ansatzweise vorgekommen! Schlechte Laune, demotiviert, unehrlich… Mit Ausnahme der sehr netten Dame im SPA Bereich sollte hier ausnahmslos sämtliches Personal ersetzt werden! Ein paar Beispiele: An der Poolbar ungenießbare Pasta erhalten, beim Frühstück alles mehrfach nachfragen müssen ob das Essen überhaupt noch kommt, ein Teil kam nach dreifacher anschfrage bis heute nicht. Wir saßen dort 1 3/4 Std. und wollten einfach nur kurz frühstücken (!!). Bei der Nachfrage nach einem Late check-out hieß es dass das Hotel ausgebucht ist, in Wirklichkeit konnte man Zimmer in jeder Kategorie aber noch buchen. Beim check-out wurde dann auf einm angeboten, dass man für 100,-€ später auschecken könnte, haben abgelehnt, dann wurden daraus 50,-€ (häää?!). Auf Nachfrage warum es jetzt geht hieß es, es kam gerade eine Stornierung rein, klar… Für den Taxi Transfer zum Flufhafen wollte man uns dann auch noch abzocken. Alles in allem, man hat sich nicht als Gast sondern eher als Schwiegermutter gefühlt die man schnell wieder los haben möchte! Schade!

Second stay…. Fantastic hotel less than 10 minutes from the airport. Team is welcoming, attentive, and professional and rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. Will surely book again. Highly recommend!

別に宿泊客を迎える間もない ただ仕事だからそこにいるだけ。 レンタカーも依頼したが満車だと。 自分で予約してあっさり取れた。 ディナーもリゾート感もなく、もてなす気もない。 サービスについて誰かスタッフに教えてあげてほしい。 ハイアットはこんなホテルと提携する必要がない。

The Resort is beautiful with all the facilities. We really enjoyed our stay. Simon and Christener were amazing with their friendliness. The service from the kitchen was not so great at all. The waitresses from the floor were poor. They are not friendly at all. They don't collect plates after finishing eating. I am not sure if they are not trained to clear the tables as soon as guest are done eating. The food from the kitchen could be better. Lastly, they take very long to prepare your food, especially the breakfast.
