Petit Amour Villa

Il n'y a rien à redire, tout était parfait. La villa est magnifique avec une vue splendide la piscine est très agréable et le service très accueillant. Le petit déj est aussi très bon.

I loved my stay at Petit Amour - the room was lovely, clean & comfy with everything needed and the views were incredible! Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were really helpful & kind. Only thing that’s worth pointing out to future guests is that it’s up a VERY steep hill, so isn’t really walkable to get anywhere, you’ll need a car or a cab to get places… but that’s why the view is so amazing!

Stunning scenery and so peaceful around the pool. Sitting outside on the veranda at night with a glass of wine is a treat for the soul. Alam the manager was great and the owner Michel is a tour de force with so many stories to tell about his fascinating life.

Sehr schöne Villa mit 5 Zimmern. Der Ausblick auf die Beau Vallon ist einzigartig. Wir waren für 3 Nächte dort und die einzigen Gäste. Michel und Jon haben uns verwöhnt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Die herzliche Atmosphäre und die netten Gespräche mit den Gastgebern haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quite grand colonial style villa. Our room (the master bedroom) was large and airy, nicely furnished with a huge bathroom. The bed was comfy and the walk in wardrobe made keeping things tidy a breeze. We were well looked after by the hosts and their on site assistant, Alam. He was always around to get drinks or beach towels, umbrella's etc and keep the villa clean and tidy. The villa is up a steep access road (which is not uncommon on the island due to the local topography)and about a mile out of Beau Vallon which means a car is pretty much essential to get to the fabulous beaches and local eateries. However, the access road & parking could be considered to be somewhat challenging unless you are a confident driver. We enjoyed the breakfasts which consisted of a platter of varied fresh fruit, eggs of your choice and pancakes obviously prepared with care. Alternative options were offered as well. The hosts also offered a 3 course evening meal option Unfortunately this was not available every for night of our stay. The food was excellent and, although we initially thought it seemed expensive, it turned out to be be good value in comparison with the better local restaurants. We found the Villa a peaceful, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It's not perfect by any means, but you'd have to be pretty picky to find much to complain about and it was a more personal & comfortable experience than the standard hotel offerings.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Man benötigt allerdings zwingend einen Mietwagen. Die Unterkunft ist toll und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Petit Amour Villa hat uns vollständig begeistert! Wir waren zehn Tage dort und haben jeden einzelnen Tag die wunderbare Aussicht genossen. Der einzigartige Service, der auf die individuellen Wünsche und Gegebenheiten von uns Gästen einging hat unseren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslich schönen Erlebnis gemacht. Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und kümmert sich um alle Fragen, das Essen ist lecker und die Inhaber sind wahre Schatztruhen an Wissen und Geschichten über die Insel und den Rest der Welt. Wir kommen sicher wieder nach Mahé, und Petit Amour Villa wird wieder unser Ziel sein. Danke!!

Ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen, sehr steile Auffahrt. Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis okay.

Vi elskede petit amour villa, men synes det lå meget afsindigt og grundet til at vi ikke rater det højere er at det ikke var muligt at bestille aftensmad på stedet

Vista stupenda dalle stanze e dalla zona colazione. Immerso nel verde e molto silenzioso. È però situato in cima ad una ripida salita ed è assolutamente necessario avere a disposizione un'auto, anche e soprattutto per la distanza da ristoranti ed attività. I proprietari e lo staff sono molto disponibili e gentili.

Super Unterkunft! Jederzeit wieder, allerdings sehr steile Zufahrt.

Wow, wow, wow! This is the best way to describe this stunning property. From the facilities, views, to the team at the property everything was just breathtaking. Real 5* service, extremely friendly and helpful team, views that stay in memory forever and really comfortable room. The property is intimate ( only 4 rooms) and gives you a feeling of a perfect hideaway, where you can enjoy sunset views, stars gazing or swim in the pool overlooking the ocean. I really do not have words to describe how perfect the place is and how grateful we are to the team for looking after us so well.

Your jaw will drop as soon as you reach the property. It’s so beautiful with such good service. Owners were so hospitable & friendly. Dinner was amazing. This is really a great place!

Beautiful Villas with amazing view. The owner/manager/staff were so helpful and wonderful people, we thank them from our heart for all the help they provided for us♥️The food and Chef were exceptional! Highly recommend

Wonderful location. Hillside villa overlooking the ocean. Great owner, Michel, and staff. They go out of their way to be helpful. Lovely breakfast with fresh fruit selection and eggs cooked to order. Tastefully appointed and comfortable room, with incredibly hot water.

Unsere beste Unterkunft auf Mahe! Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie in einem Hotel sondern wie ein Gast in einer Traumvilla - mit Frühstück auf der Veranda, Baden im "Privatpool" und Cocktails im "eigenen" Wohnzimmer. Schade dass wir nur 3 Tage dort waren. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen!!!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay at the Villa. The Villa is beautifully situated, overlooking one of the most picturesque bays on Mahe, the view is jaw-dropping and unforgettable (the best breakfast views imaginable!). The Villa itself is very beautifully arranged. Since there are only 4 rooms there one can feel very private, almost like in their own house;). Last but not least, the staff (the employees and the owners(!!!)) are just the best. Super friendly, welcoming, kind, and attentive. I'd strongly recommend staying at the Villa, our stay was fantastic and we're sure it wouldn't have been that great if we'd stayed at any other place. 10/10!

Soyons concis au risque de perdre nos lecteurs... Nous avons passé 4 nuits à la villa, c'était un séjour inoubliable. Je n'avais jamais vraiment compris l'expression : "une vue à couper le souffle." Je sais de quoi il s'agit désormais. En dehors de cela, les propriétaires et le personnel sont plus que serviables et attentionnés, c'est assez rare pour le souligner. Le seul point ameliorable est le petit déjeuner (jus de fruits frais par exemple), mais qui ne vient en rien entacher une note maximale. Si nous revenons à Mahé un jour nous savons où aller. Merci

We started of our honeymoon with two days at the Petit Amour Villa. We enjoyed it very much, everything was more than perfect.

The view doesn't get any better than this and there is a very steep hill to get to the property to appreciate it. Two of us and our bags struggled to get up the hill in our little hire car. Very welcoming on arrival, this place only has 4 guest rooms and you are looked after well. No tea/coffee maker in room but that didn't matter because as soon as I opened the bifold doors overlooking the pool first thing in the morning they were there with fresh coffee, great. We only stayed one night and ate dinner there, which was a little pricey but unless you want to brave the hill there was nowhere else to go. Having said that both food and service was excellent and we were glad we had eaten there. Pool was very welcoming and lovely towels supplied. Decor of rooms individual and luxurious. The outsdide paving around the pool was very broken and uneven and needs attention and didn't live up to the internal areas, owners are aware and are putting measures in place to rectify, that was not really a complaint but me being picky for the price we paid. I would recommend a stay here. A bit cloudy the day I took pic.
