Check-Inn @ Little India

When I made the reservation online I specifically asked for a quiet room since we arrived late in the evening after a very long flight from Canada. We were assigned a room on the ground floor facing the street. When asked for a different room I was told that all room were occupied. To no surprise we got woken up by the street traffic, garbage truck and by the voices of peoples passing by the sidewalk In addition on the second day a construction/repair crew started digging right in front of our window. Also ventilation in the bathroom is very inefficient thus the all room was smelly.

I am just unable to understand the attitude towards visitor when a request is made , they keep insisting if we are sure of the short fall, especially I was not served bottles of water for one full day and when asked , repeatedly asking if I was sure, cant they just find out themselves and observe their short fall, also when I found more than 5 roaches , they asked me spray them my self , the staff need a good education of client service for sure. just because we have chosen this place it doesnt mean that we had no other choice .

Ummmm. We felt a bit claustrophobic...no natural light or windows...and that was the deluxe room !! Toilet /shower is one room... use shower and there is water everywhere !! Was clean tho .

The staff was OK however very small rooms, dirty floors, stayed 2 days however the room was never cleaned once we checked in.

There are some mould in the bathroom that will need to deal with or better ventilation needed. Room is small for the price but location is good with very easy access to MRT.

wifi a bit weak. have to reconnect frequently. Others are fine.

The room I had was a bit small with no window so a bit “aromatic” but the staff was friendly and the location fit perfectly. So overall a pleasant stay.

Uncomfortable stay due to noise and room given next to walkway. Awaken by all the ongoing delivery truck by the street.

The hotel is near and clean. The superior room is a little bigger than most other hotels. The window is a big help for natural light

The hotel was good with friendly staffs and convenient to shopping and train station. Suggest if there is a resting area to relax after check-out while waiting to leave to airport.

I stayed in a deluxe room which I still cannot believe, it is a very small sized rooms with a high price tag due to the demand for the prime area. Felt very congested mentally only because of this reason, on the flip side it has amazing painting every where you walk, front line staff are really helpful and best thing is you can walk to train line in 3 mins, with good food availability everywhere

The so called deluxe rooms are little more than dungeons - tiny, no window, no air circulation, damp, no proper shower, just a shower head which sprays water everywhere.The superior rooms are bigger, with a window but still no air circulation, damp and no proper shower. So called luggage storage is just a corner of the reception area,open to the street and no security whatsoever.

Checkin already so late at 3pm yet the room was not ready, waited for more than 30mins to get the room. Room was not like the photo at all, looks completely different and the window can't even be opened as it was on the first floor. I wanted the 2nd floor view so upgraded to a useless superior room. Even asking for extra towels needed the approval from their manager and had to wait for very long for the manager's approval. Ridiculous. Extremely dissatisfied with their staff nonchalant attitude as well. Extremely disappointing.

Das Personal war zwar ansich freundlich, da aber gefühlt nur Studenten abgestellt wurden konnten sie bei vielem nicht weiter helfen, Die Lage an sich ist nahe der Metro (die jedoch geschlossen war) und mitten in Little India recht schön gelegen. Das Zimmer selbst hatte eine neue Klima das war aber auch das beste das Bad/Klo/Dusche/Waschbecken alles in einem qm war nicht sauber und verschimmelt, die Amatur kaputt. Die gestellten Handtücher fleckig und mit Haaren bestückt. Kein Fenster im Deluxe Zimmer, da hätte ich für den Aufpreis wirklich mehr erwartet. Das Hotel hat keinen Lift was es schwer macht das Gepäck 3 Stockwerke hoch und runter zu schleifen. Positiv:die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt. Ich selbst habe früher ausgecheckt und lieber eine Nacht am Flughafen verbracht als noch länger dort zu bleiben.

Quiet and comfy place to stay. Staff kindly answered any questions or concerns I had during my trip. Very nicely located near public transportation and near plenty of places to eat.

The rooms are really tiny and it's very loud, you hear everything. Our rooms didn't have a window and it was really dark. But the location is pretty good.

MRT駅に近い、地図なしでも一発で最初から辿り着けた。 リトルインディアの入り口にあり、寺院・コンビニ・スタバが入ってるTEKKA placeに近い。 スタッフの方がフレンドリー。 シャワーとトイレが合体しており、びしょ濡れに。 音はかなり響く。 冷蔵庫・アメニティもほとんどない。 エアコンはよく効く。寒いくらい。 お湯もスイッチ入れてすぐは出ないが、しばらくつけっぱなしにすると熱いくらいのが出る。
