Maximum room capacity, including number of visitors to the rooms, is capped according to the room category capacity. Multiple room bookings are allowed, with room capacity capped according to the room category capacity.
Early termination is not allowed. Guests who wish to shorten their stay will not be given refund. For non-refundable bookings, full payment will be charged upon reservation made.
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when check-in / making payment at the hotel.
Please note that the hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
This property reserves the right to pre-authorise the guest's credit card for a security deposit upon arrival.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is before 12noon.

All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
Housekeeping services are available 3 times per week, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays
Pets are welcome in all apartment types, subject to a pet levy and other conditions, including pet size restrictions.
In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.
