Very close to the old town. On street parking as well as closed parking lot close by.
Rooms very neat and clean, kettle as well as tea and coffee in the room.
The lady at reception is extremely friendly and very helpful.
Just be informed that the rooms are on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.
Would stay there any time!

Large room with fridge and kettle. Plenty of tea and coffee. Great area close to the centre of town.
They do provide bowls and cutlery, but no cleaning equipment so it was difficult to wash them after usage.
Good shower and plenty of towels.
All in all it was a great stay and value for money.

Établissement très bien placé en plein cœur de la ville, à mi chemin entre les gares et le Triple Pont. 2 étages à monter, accueil froid, équipement minimum, pas de télé ni d'air conditionné, volet occultant ne fonctionnant pas. Le rapport qualité prix est catastrophique.

Perdemos quase duas horas na chuva procurando lugar para estacionar. Paramos muito longe e tivemos que ir a pé.

The only thing this accommodation has going for it is the location
The facilities are poor for the price and the service is really bad
When we arrived we were told there would be nobody available to check us in so followed the instructions to collect keys etc when we got upstairs (there is no lift) there was a lady at the desk who did not even look at us or greet us. This is the only place in the world where we were not greeted by staff, unbelievable for all the wrong reasons
And despite advertising luggage storage it is at the hosts strict availability
The rooms have very flimsy doors which the rowdy guests next door managed to break, soundproofing is none existent and our bathroom whilst new was so badly designed the water went everywhere and the smell from the drain was disgusting

Good centrally located hotel. I have two quibbles which both relate to luggage. The first issue is that the hotel is located two floors up and doesn't have a lift. The second is that because of its minimal staff cover, I was unable to leave a bag their so I had to bring it around for a few hours.

The host was great at checking us in, and the apartment was comfortable and nice. No parking available so I would take public transport to get there but great location right downtown. Our only issue is that the room smelt like smoke and we were not told ahead of time. Everything else was great :)
