New Kandy Residence

First of all, anybody that is thinking to rent this place. PLEASE DON'T! It doesn't include AC. Location from kandy Town is about 2km, but it is so deep inside an area that you won't have phone signals or event street light when it is night. Me and both my parents were given 3 bottles of small mineral water for our 7 night stay at the hotel!! Bathroom shampoo and body shower only been given ONCE! A day have passed and we were still hanging in to this horrible hotel, why waste when we have already paid for it. 2nd day in and we when to srigiya with one of my friends tour(Eco world tours and travel). After a long day we reach back to the hotel and freshent up, left to kandy Town for dinner. After our dinner, we when back to the hotel and this was around 10.30pm. No light from the entrance of the hotel to the 'main lobby', as we reach the door was LOCK!! knocking on the door and calling the hotel land line. After 15 minutes the owner came and open the doors, shouted at us' is already 10pm! '. My parents and I were furious and shouted back at him, HOW CAN YOU LOCK YOUR GUEST OUT!! WE ARE PAYING FOR THE ROOM, WHY DO YOU HAVE A TIME FOR US TO COME BACK TO THE HOTEL??!!. We slept that night and we left for a better hotel the next day. PLEASE GUYS, IS CHEAP BUT IS NOT WORTH STAYING IN THIS NUT HOUSE. I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THIS TO EXPEDIA, PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR LIST. YOU ARE MAKING OTHER PEOPLE SUFFER FOR THIS STUPID HOTEL!!

Petit hôtel sur les hauteurs de la ville , calme et propre , les chambres sont correctes il y a même un téléviseur écran plat et oh joie TV5 monde (nous pouvons enfin avoir des nouvelles du monde et en français ) . C'est la patron qui vous reçois et vous préparer un bon petit déjeuner. L'hôtel ainsi que le petit jardin sont entretenu impeccablement .

Muy agradable y la cena buenísima. Lo mejor, la piscina ! El hombre muy amable porque nos puso el desayuno aunque desde hoteles.com no le habían pasado la petición.

The first impression when you arrive you will feel you have fallen into the trap! The pics uploaded have taken professionally & perfectly edited to hide the defects. First of all when we go to the place the owner doesn't know any thing related to my booking! My mistake that I booked without checking the avilability of AC & he dosnt mentioned that - but when we enterd the room we found split AC! & he directly told me if u want me 2 switch it on you have to pay me 10$ per night-after negotiation 15$ will be last price for 2 nights! Because my family with me I stopped talking. When I entered the bathroom I temporarily fixed the hole sink! Also there was a half bit of soap cutted by knife ! The breakfast done by the owner himself and really dirty & we didn't completed our food. In the night the owner and his family sleep in the hall which is shown in the pics as reception hall! Next morning we woke up by shouting of other gusts withe the owner then while we r setting suddenly the AC has switched off!! Directly we took a bath to leave the building but unfortunately the heater was off!! & we swim with cold water! During the bad breakfast he came 2 me twice to check my confirmation of payment. He was just thinking of how to get cash from me! At the end He tried to charge me the bottles of water and he thought i booked without breakfast after bad discussion he charged me only for ac. We haven't seen the bool the gate was closed! I swear this is what happened to me!

Schöne Umgebung. netter Inhaber mit guten Englischkenntnissen. Liegt zwar außerhalb von kandy aber mit dem Bus kommt man um 25Rs in die stadt.
