Je n’ai pas pu accéder à ma chambre, bien que payée, car le propriétaire m’informe ne plus travailler avec ebookers et expédia. Si je souhaite avoir ma chambre, je dois payer à nouveau... qu’elle blague. Je n’ai de même pas toujours eu l’occasion de réclamer le remboursement, car le formulaire de contact à cet effet ne marche pas

First of all there was no air conditioning, pool and casino although there were mosquito nets as shown on the pictures. We weren’t expecting much given the price but it’s wrong to outright lie on the description. Hosts were very attentive which is a positive and we’re happy to help with organising local transport. Breakfast had a lot of variety but if you book with hotels.com make sure you show them you are entitled to a free breakfast as they tried to charge us. Basic room with private bathroom and balcony shared between two rooms. Please also know this is up the hill so it will cost you 200-400 Rupees($1.50-$3.50) every time you want to go to Ella. Hosts themselves did not speak much English but usually had someone around to help them translate, you could tell that they made a big effort with this and we really appreciated it. Overall, we would probably stay here again as it’s good value for money with an exceptional of Ella, we just wish that they had been more honest with the facility description.

Venligt personale, værelset var som man kan forvente med prisen. Når wi-fi var til fungerede det fint, men en stor del af vores ophold var routeren slet ikke sat til. God morgenmad.
