Poor service

The place is super good. Bedroom is comfortable, clean, has all needed. Water pressure and temperature is well, towels good. Water bottles offered every day in the room. The breakfast buffet is super good, international standard. Staff all super kind.

Nice hotel in the middle of city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Initially we were given room number 438 which overlooks the main building and there is no view at all. Upon request they changed our room and it was perfect. The room are clean and well maintained. There is underground parking as well. Definitely recommend this to anyone considering this place for a stay in muscat.

I stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the quality of service, the breakfast. Room was clean and bathroom quite modern. The hotel is well located. Some good restaurants at 20 minutes walking distance.

Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting muscat. Our room was very nice, breakfast buffet was great and location was very convenient for our needs. You definitely need a car in Muscat to get places and the complimentary parking here was perfect.

Ottimo hotel, colazione abbondante e varia. Unica pecca, a volte in reception c erano persone in formazione non ancora esperte che non hanno saputo aiutarci. Vicino all hotel c'è qualche ristorante, la zona del mare molto lontana, taxi troppo costosi.

We love this hotel. The location is ideal for those needing to be close to a mall and there are many other shops nearby. The staff is great at making you feel welcome and the food is good.Best of all is how clean this hotel is. My one complaint is that last time we booked a room for two yet there was only towel for one in the bathroom. We called down to report the oversight and were promised more towels but no one came.

Brilliant hotel, nice and clean, everything you need after a long day exploring.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. In the middle of Muscat so only 15 minutes either way to the airport or old Muscat and the souk. Small roof top pool, which always had beds available. The sun beds had seen better days and could do with replacing. Shame it wasn’t clear how to get towels for the pool. If you want a more luxurious day at a pool, it’s far cheaper to book a day pass at one of the 5* beach resorts rather than stay at one, as this Hilton gives 5* service. Breakfast had a good selection. Paid a few pounds more for half board option which was definitely worth it. The choice of lunch or dinner which was either from a set menu or buffet depending on the evening. All meals were top class and very traditional. I did not feel that I missed out on eating at local restaurants. All staff in the dining room are a credit to the hotel. Avoid paying for luxury taxis with O Taxi by coming outside of the hotel and standing by the restaurant just to the left of the hotel. This will change the price of a taxi from 20 Rials to 2.5 Rials to the airport. Always book a taxi with the app and ignore taxis that stop for you. They will say their meter or card machine is not working and over charge.

The staff is truly wonderful. Whoever hired them looked for genuinely nice people. I was happy to stay there - and I have no complaints.

Great staff and able to accommodate my early check in request with no issues after an overnight flight and early arrival.
