Excellent hotel mainly for business trips . Hotel should focus only on restaurant as i consider the food quality is average

We love this hotel. The location is ideal for those needing to be close to a mall and there are many other shops nearby. The staff is great at making you feel welcome and the food is good.Best of all is how clean this hotel is. My one complaint is that last time we booked a room for two yet there was only towel for one in the bathroom. We called down to report the oversight and were promised more towels but no one came.

Brilliant hotel, nice and clean, everything you need after a long day exploring.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff. In the middle of Muscat so only 15 minutes either way to the airport or old Muscat and the souk. Small roof top pool, which always had beds available. The sun beds had seen better days and could do with replacing. Shame it wasn’t clear how to get towels for the pool. If you want a more luxurious day at a pool, it’s far cheaper to book a day pass at one of the 5* beach resorts rather than stay at one, as this Hilton gives 5* service. Breakfast had a good selection. Paid a few pounds more for half board option which was definitely worth it. The choice of lunch or dinner which was either from a set menu or buffet depending on the evening. All meals were top class and very traditional. I did not feel that I missed out on eating at local restaurants. All staff in the dining room are a credit to the hotel. Avoid paying for luxury taxis with O Taxi by coming outside of the hotel and standing by the restaurant just to the left of the hotel. This will change the price of a taxi from 20 Rials to 2.5 Rials to the airport. Always book a taxi with the app and ignore taxis that stop for you. They will say their meter or card machine is not working and over charge.

The staff is truly wonderful. Whoever hired them looked for genuinely nice people. I was happy to stay there - and I have no complaints.

Great staff and able to accommodate my early check in request with no issues after an overnight flight and early arrival.

Staff were the highlight of my stay. The hotel is clean overall but I would have preferred better amenities. I would definitely recommend and go back again.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Muscat exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The service was exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was a highlight—an amazing spread with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The rooftop pool was a great place to unwind, offering stunning views of the city. Plus, the location in the heart of Muscat made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Muscat!

Hotellet levde dessverre ikke opp til den standarden vi forventet av Hilton. Vi måtte daglig be om håndklær, vann og såpe, noe som gjorde oppholdet unødvendig stressende. Det virket som om personalet ikke forsto at det bodde to personer på rommet, og flere dager ble renholdet først utført sent på kvelden. Selv om personalet var hyggelige og hjelpsomme, var det slitsomt å måtte be om grunnleggende ting hele tiden. På den positive siden var både frokost- og middagsbuffeten svært smakfulle og innbydende. I tillegg var treningsrommet og bassengområdet et stort pluss – vi brukte mye tid der, og det bidro til å gjøre oppholdet mer behagelig.

Plusieurs jours réservé dans cette hôtel et je ne regrette pas, parfait ! (+): -L'équipe est très réactif, j'ai demander à changer le tuyau de la douche ils l'ont fait, le personnelle de chambre est à l'écoute et passe régulièrement nettoyer la chambre et changer les serviettes et bouteille d'eau. -Tapis de prière dans l'armoire très pratique ! -Piscine séparé (piscine pour femme) (-): Prix du déjeuner un peu chère 20€ par personne par nuit
