The property shows that they are in the beach in the pictures but the reality that they are renting a villa on the beach and you have to take a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to go to the beach club. The beach club is very dirty especially the washrooms and the staff is careless. In general the staff of the hotel is careless, do not understand English or they play dum as a way for not doing service. I highly do not recommend that anyone go to this hotel.

The family villa is big and with all comforts. Unfortunately when we checked-in we had to call the housekeeper as we found hair and dirty corners to be cleaned properly. Also the second day we went out for a tour at 9.00am and when we came back the villa was still not clenched at 2.30pm, we had to call and ask for housekeeping again and we waited for them to finish the cleaning outside in the terrace (a bit disappointing). Overall the hotel is nice and we enjoyed the swimming pool and its facilities. The shuttle to go to the beach is punctual and 10 minutes away from a very nice beach club. The buffet is good and worth for money (approximately 25 euros for 2 people including soft drinks). Luckily to make up for the inconvenience we faced they offered us late check out on the last day.

We stayed for 4 nights. While the room upgrade was provided, the room was not properly cleaned. For the last 2 nights, the horrible cigarette smell from the corridor kept coming into the room and made it impossible to sleep properly. The breakfast is average in terms of selection but the cleanliness of the place is not up to standard. The hotel has fantastic potential due to its amenities and price point but the interior is in dire need of proper upkeep and refurbishment.

We had a lovely stay! The hotel is very well-located, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable.
However, one drawback was that the beach is not directly on the hotel property, but a 10-minute shuttle ride away. While the shuttle service is convenient, the beach itself felt underwhelming. There were no food or drink options available, which was quite disappointing, especially if you’re looking to relax there for the day. A few on-site amenities at the beach would have made the experience much better.
