Bilik yang menakjubkan dengan pemandangan langsung matterhorn. Perabot baru, serba lengkap, bilik yang sangat luas dan selesa, dengan sofa, tab mandi. Lebih baik daripada yang saya jangkakan, namun masa daftar masuk adalah 4 jam tanpa pengecualian 🥹. Bilik itu juga mempunyai dapur, penuh dengan peralatan memasak dan rempah ratus, sangat mudah. Lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari pusat bandar, kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki.

In our first room, the bathroom fan stopped working after two days, which caused damp toilet paper and tissues. We coped by moving the toilet paper in and out, though we often forgot. We reported the issue, were told someone would fix it—but no one showed. After following up, we were informed repairs would happen only after we moved out. The repairman later said it needed a new fan, which could take 1–7 days to arrive. Given the uncertainty, we packed overnight to move. But then we were told we couldn’t get the new room key until 4 p.m.—even though we had booked the full week and the room was ready. This meant we might have no access to our belongings for hours. We tried waiting in the common area, but there was nowhere comfortable. The first floor was dim and reeked of pesticides. Every time we entered, we had to hold our breath and rush to the elevator in the dark. The motion-sensor lights would finally turn on—just when we no longer needed them. Any electricity saved likely came at the cost of guest comfort. On our last day, someone finally propped the door open to let the smell out—but by then it didn’t help. The building photos were taken on a sunny day to look appealing, but in reality the cracked, uneven pathway made pushing luggage uphill a challenge. This place is not worth the money saved.

Was there during the April 2025 snowstorm when Zermatt lost power for a couple days. They provided breakfast for guests at the partner Alpen Resort Hotel and Spa down the street also for the guests at the Patricia apartments. When we went to Alpen to inquire about staying an extra night at Patricia due to not being able to leave Zermatt, they couldn’t provide us a price, but welcomed us to stay and make ourselves comfortable in the common areas of the Alpen. All the staff there was very welcoming and patient and helped everyone with answering questions with whatever updates they had and helping however possible. We were able to chill with live music and complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge. After waiting until evening and still couldn’t get a price for the extra night stay we decided to just take the room and find out the charge the next day. Next day they decided not to charge us. I’d like management and the staff there to know that it was really appreciated that you took care of your guests during those extenuating circumstances. There wasn’t one moment where I saw any employee show any hint of stress or unpleasantness even though they probably had an overwhelming amount of questions and requests from guests. Thank you so much for helping us to get us through that storm and power outage. As for the apartments itself. It was a pretty decent stay. The bedding was comfortable, the place was clean, and had pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen.

Das online check-in funktioniert überhaupt nicht so, wie beschrieben. Via Telefon mussten wir mit vier! verschiedenen Angestellten sprechen und fanden trotzdem keine Lösung. Schlussendlich musste ich in den Skischuhen zur Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel gehen um die Schlüssel zu holen. Das dauerte mehr als 30 Minuten. Das Zimmer ist schön und zweckmässig. Abgesehen vom Schimmel im Badezimmer.

Really nice place to stay! Large space to relax and a balcony as well to enjoy views of the mountains. On the outer edge of Zermatt, but worth it being in Zermatt and an easy 10 minute walk at most with/without luggage from the train station. The reception was very kind. It is a bit confusing at first trying to check in since it's not clearly stated that you should try to check-in at their partner hotel - Hotel Alpen Resort & Spa - which is down the street. The kitchen has lots of supplies including plates, utensils, cookware, dish soap, etc. Note that there is a decent extra charge for house keeping so perfect for shorter stays, but you may want to plan ahead if you're staying longer. Overall though, it is clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of Zermatt.

The apartment is spacious and have everything we need. There is a supermarket within 5 to 6 minutes walk so we can go buy stuffs easily. The apartment's window and balcony all have a view of the Matterhorn. However the apartment does not have reception and can only self check in on or after 4pm. We arrived a few hours early and need to take our luggage to there sister hotel for short storage. We also need to keep the kitchen area clean and take the trash to trash bin outside the apartment.

On the outer edge of Zermatt, but worth it being in Zermatt and an easy 10 minute walk at most with/without luggage from the train station. The reception was very kind. It is a bit confusing at first trying to check in since it's not clearly stated that you should try to check-in at their partner hotel - Hotel Alpen Resort & Spa - which is down the street. The kitchen has lots of supplies including plates, utensils, cookware, dish soap, etc. Note that there is a decent extra charge for house keeping so perfect for shorter stays, but you may want to plan ahead if you're staying longer. Overall though, it is clean, comfortable, and a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of Zermatt.

The apartment is spacious and have everything we need. There is a supermarket within 5 to 6 minutes walk so we can go buy stuffs easily. The apartment's window and balcony all have a view of the Matterhorn. However the apartment does not have reception and can only self check in on or after 4pm. We arrived a few hours early and need to take our luggage to there sister hotel for short storage. We also need to keep the kitchen area clean and take the trash to trash bin outside the apartment.
