For a 4* property in St. Mortiz, this hotel is excellent. The staff are so friendly and the service is excellent. The photographs of the gym do not do it justice. The gym is excellent and far more extensive than it appears. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The location is superb in the centre of town. A most enjoyable stay.

Love how close it’s to the ski lift base. The hotel also offers ski pass at discount which is really great. It’s also close to town and all the shopping and actions. The staff is super helpful from the pick up, throughout the stay and drop off. First class.

Fantastic location for a ski holiday! Right in the middle of town, shopping and great restaurants (incl in the hotel!)! Across the street from the funicular, so super easy access to the Corviglia mountain. Staff was super friendly, included breakfast was great! Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and a hot sauna after skiing every day was fantastic! Only complaint is that you can't adjust the thermostat in your room, it seems like its managed centrally, so had to sleep with the windows open because it was so hot, but it could be pretty loud outside and get diesel fumes.

Perfect location in the heart of St. Moritz. Two minute walk to the Corviglia funicular, bus stop to Corvatch, Diavolezza or other ski areas across the street. Nice breakfast set up, didn't try their dinner menu. Bar allows smoking.

Location was very central to all the amenities in St.Moritz. Clean, safe, nice restaurant with a great breakfast. Spa services are good, with dry sauna, steam room, but no pool or hot tub.

Ótima localização. O Hotel tem serviço de transporte gratuito que leva e busca o hóspede a estação de trem. Também tem refrigerantes, sucos e água como cortesia no frigogar.
Quarto muito limpo, cama confortável.
Café da manhã muito bom.
Também tem funcionários que falam português, com destaque para o Giovani, que foi muito atencioso e nos ajudou bastante.
Com certeza se voltarmos a St Moritz ficaremos no Crystal novamente.

During my two-week trip in Switzerland, I had lived in quite a few hotels. This one is of the best quality and value for a 4-star hotel. There's restaurant downstairs, which adds to the convenience. It is located at the center of the town. It provides free transfer to the train station.

Serviço de transfer gratuito para a estação ( economia de 20 francos suíços) Café da manhã acima da média!! Frigobar gratuito com água , coca , suco e cerveja!! Empolgado com o hotel!!
