The view

Perfect from start to finish, we had a mountain view and it was breathtaking. Staff was super kind. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. Building is quiet and in a great location. But the icing on the cake was the “ lunch” bag we received, because we were checking out early and would miss breakfast. When the front desk person found out we were checking out early, they asked if we would like a sandwich for the train. We picked it up the evening before and it was a full bag of sandwiches, fruit, and more! What a wonderful send off. Would never stay anywhere else. I would give it 1000 stars if I could

I enjoyed our stay here. Clean & accommodating. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station just off the Main Street where all the shopping & restaurants are.

Cozy hotel with amazing view. Staff was kind and helpful - prepared a box lunch for us to take when we were departing on a early train and assisted with dinner reco which was great.

Staff was welcoming and courteous. The hotel and rooms were immaculate with very kind housekeeping staff. My young son and I stayed for a week and could not have been happier. Our room was standard double and had a balcony without a view of the Matterhorn, but still a beautiful view of the village. It would have been just the right amount of space if my husband had also been on the trip. “King” size bed and small/ twin size pull out on the sofa. Large soaking tub in the bathroom. The daily breakfast was comprehensive with eggs, meat, cheese, bread, excellent coffee, fruits, vegetables, cereal, yogurt and more ! Never too crowded and the staff constantly restocked the food choices. We didn’t utilize the lobby but it seemed like a comfortable place to spend time with many couches and a small bar. The wellness center was even nicer than described with two saunas and steam room, foot soaks, and infared back chairs that my American self did not recognize. The ski locker room exits directly at the green line bus stop. There is a lovely bakery cafe essentially in the hotel just a step outside the door. The small market just a few steps down the street made it convenient to grab essentials without having to take my son to the larger markets. We took a taxi from the train station as we had skis but location was very walkable otherwise. The hotel taxi brought us to the station for departure at an affordable rate. Will be staying here for every Zermatt visit.

Nossa estadia foi confortável e a equipe muito atenciosa. Não chegaríamos a tempo para o check in e a equipe foi super compreensiva e nos deu orientação de como fazer o self check in, após a recepção já estar fechada. Alguns funcionários do hotel eram brasileiros e portugueses.

Convenient and clean.

We loved our room the staff, everything, except for the fact that the wellness room was closed until 4pm. It would have been nice to go in earlier in the day

We love Hotel Antika, this was our second stay in 12 months. Rooms are very clean and fresh, with nice toiletries. My only niggle would be that the pillows are too flat to be supportive but extra pillows were delivered to our room quickly on request. Staff are all very friendly and front desk extremely helpful. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, great in-town location right next to the ski resort bus stop. Ski lockers and a spa downstairs. Our particular room had a fantastic view of the Matterhorn. Loved out stay and would stay again without hesitation.

Hotel Antika, Zermatt: A fair stay in a very small property. The rooms are good and the location is convenient (easy walking distance), but service is limited and guest service didn’t match the price point. Overall, it felt overpriced for the type of property.

Clean & comfortable room, great location, good breakfast. I'm glad I gambled on the weather and booked a Matterhorn View room- the views were spectacular! We were on the top floor and the elevator doesn’t go to the top, so be aware you might have one flight of easy steps.
