Hotel UTO KULM car-free hideaway in Zurich

Horrível. O hotel não tem nenhum apoio para você chegar com malas. Eu cheguei no estacionamento do hotel após 16 dias viajando, estacionei o carro onde eles indicam e não há nenhuma informação no local de como chegar no hotel, que fica muito longe do estacionamento. Liguei e me disseram que eu teria que subir escadas e puxar as malas por uma estrada de cascalho por uns 15 minutos, pegar um trem e só então alguém do hotel daria um apoio para eu conseguir chegar no hotel. Foi um pesadelo. O quarto bem razoável, box que espalhava agua por todo o banheiro. Não volto e não recomendo.

Amazing views, quiet in the evenings. Definitely a walk up hill to the property, but they do come to pick up your luggage at the bottom and transport it up. About a 20 min train ride very convenient for public transportation. I recommend getting the Zurich card you get free entrance to museums and unlimited public transportation. They also will provide adaptor when ask, which definitely came in handing as I completely forgot. Enjoyed our stay.

Bel hôtel, situation atypique. Des vues imprenables ! Nécessite un peu d'organisation pour s'y rendre - Horaires de train à Vérifier, 10mn de marche un peu raide - mais globalement une jolie expérience !

I love the location. The hotel is ok. We booked 2 days. We arrived on the 31st and left on the 2nd of Jan. New Years eve the hotel has a private party and a private dinner for people who made reservations. At night around 11pm I went outside and took pictures because the view is amazing. As I go back inside, I'm not sure if thats a security guard, I didn't ask. He stopped and interrogated me for entering the hotel saying theres a private party going on and it's for guests only. So I said im a guest of the hotel but i didn't make reservation of the party . He didn't believe me and demanded proof of a guest key and an ID. So i showed my guest key and entered. He still follwed me to the main lobby and and asked the receptionist to check. People were looking at me at that time, like im gate crashing. So i showed the receptionists my rm key and the receptionists asked me to write my name which i complied. The computer verified that i checked in for 2 days. Afterwards, both of them didn't even apologize. Im a traveler. I've been to luxurious hotels and have never been interrogated or harassed like that. I didn't tell my boys because I didn't want to ruin their New year. We were there for the view, and that was the last leg of our vacation. The only thing that makes me feel better are the cats that are always in the lobby early in the morning. Those sweet cats made me feel better during our last day at the hotel.

Business trip overnight, warm welcom from the crew, wonderful view on Zürich, lots of friendly places to share a nice moment with friends, or colleagues.

I have a bit of a mixed review, one staff provided repeatedly hostile service, and made me want to leave the morning after check in. He was the evening worker who checked us in. The hostility carried into booking our spa time, and I avoided the front desk and him after this. The hotel itself was lovely, I enjoyed the views, the food, and found my room very comfortable. Sehr gepflegtes Zimmer und eine kleine feine Sauna welche wir gerne benutzt haben. Ganz speziell war der Blick aus der Sauna auf die Stadt Zürich bei Nacht. Check-Out erst um 11h, dies kam uns sehr entgegen

Otelin konumu çok güzel. Utililberg’te zürihin en tepe noktasında bulunuyor. Gece 10da gitmemize rağmen bizi tren istasyonundan arabayla aldılar. Otele ulaşmakta hiç sorun çekmedik. Bebeğimiz olduğunu söylemeyi unuttuğumuz halde bize bebek yatağı temin ettiler. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ve bizi almaya gelen hanımefendiye tekrar teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Oda gayet temizdi. Odamız manzaraya bakıyordu. Kış aylarında sisle kaplı olmasına rağmen çok güzel hissettirdi. Otelin konumunun havası çok güzel. Bebek arabasıyla inişte hiç sorunla karşılaşmadık. Otelden tren istasyonuna gitmek 7-8 dk sürüyor. Bizi rahatsız edecek hiçbir şeyle karşılaşmadık. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir yer oldu

チューリッヒの最高地点に位置する素晴らしいホテルでした。周囲の自然環境に恵まれ、ホテルからの眺望は最高でした。レストランの料理は一流の味で、サービスにも大満足でした。

Got there at 9pm so we walked the hill in the dark. It was adequately lit. Our triple room was much larger than expected. Bed was beyond comfortable! The shower was small but had great water pressure. No conditioner - that was tough. Restaurant was pricey but the food was fabulous. Can’t go wrong with this place!

Nice location, clean, friendly staff. 10 minutes uphill hike from train station to get there.

Es sollte ein Shuttle für alle Gäste geben. Die Fußweg mit Gepäck ist meines Erachtens nicht zumutbar, vor allem bei Regen. Der Weg ist mit Gepäck sehr schlecht.

Perfect view. The employees was very helpful. Room was quite large and clean.
