We enjoyed our stay at Ibis Zurich, the hotel is a 15 minute walk to Zurich HB and there are restaurants nearby. Etienne and Yumi were friendly and very accommodating! The breakfast buffet was excellent! The housekeeping clean our room everyday, but the only thing that wasn’t good is; in our entire stay our bathroom smell like urine even when they clean our room. My husband finally asked about the smell, and the front desk said, it is not normal and they probably need to spray inside the drain. But, overall, we had a good time at Ibis Zurich. The area around is safe and quiet.

Even tho I rate it 3 stars, this is a very good property overall. Some negatives that detract- no room safe or small refrigerator, no AC, but front desk will provide a fan, and no bacon at the breakfast! But the only real complaint is the shower is not enclosed, insuring that the bath floor is a wet mess- and no counter space or hooks for towels or toiletries.
Pluses are it’s located short walking distance from fantastic shopping, dining, and water views. Front staff very friendly and helpful. Property is clean.

The hotel was in a good location, but they charged for “service” and the room was terrible. Only one pillow, air conditioning was locked down, so the room was always hot, and the staff did not have it together. Avoid this hotel unless you want the location.

O quarto é conforme a descrição, mas dois pontos foram ruins, o banheiro estava com um cheiro ruim, como se não estivesse sido limpado propriamente. E na primeira noite um funcionário entrou no meio da noite dentro do quarto porque eles tiveram um erro de sistema que no qual alegava que o quarto estava vazio.
